This was an excellent venue for a wedding. The staff was attentive and very helpful at this family run resort. The resort is on Lake Tahoe, with their own private beach. You have access to kayaking, paddle boards, volleyball, ping pong, and a hot tub. To make it even sweeter, there is ice cream sold right across the street! The...

My husband, daughter and I joined my sisters, mom and their families to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday. We had 3 rooms all on the same level and close to one another (2 of the rooms were next to each other). The rooms were beautifully furnished with high end bedding, TV's and furniture. Our window looked out onto the lake...

Thank you. We very much appreciate the recognition. Your review accurately reflects our commitment to guest satisfaction. We often deal with weather being on the lake. We have lots of things we can do to improve your stay when Mother Nature has other plans. But most of the time, the best strategy is to wait and the sun will shine...

I have stayed here a few times in the last few months while on the road for work. Rooms are cozy, comfortable, and much bigger than your average hotel room and the vaulted ceilings on the second floor made the room feel that much bigger. My room in particular has had updates done since the pictures that were posted online....

This hotel is beautifully situated on beachfront property and the lakefront rooms offer spectacular views and private decks. Our stay was mid-week and was quiet and peaceful. Walks on the beach, watching gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

My husband and I stayed for 3 days in March. We had a lake view room, which had a fireplace, kitchenette and was huge! The bathroom hasn't been updated in a while, but other than that our room way exceeded expectations. King's Beach is a great jumping off point for lots of activities. We went hiking, skiing and frisbee golfing...

Avoid calling the hotel directly to reserve!!! Try booking.com or other sites. If you book the hotel and need to change your plans they'll charge you $25 so make sure you read the fine print as they won't mention that when you reserve on the phone.

We stay there several times a year during ski season. Somehow we always get the same rooms, without request. The fireplace is really a nice touch.Everything is clean, safe and extremely well equipped. The front desk family is so helpful.

A clean, family run property that is well maintained. Children are welcome, family time is encouraged with the spacious living and dining room set ups and a welcoming breakfast is provided daily. And, I can't say enough about the view, lake front with beach access right out your front door.

I was very impressed with Alex on his friendliness and advise on nearby restaurants, etc. His staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Especially when we couldn't get the DVR to work without a remote. The girl went out of her way to make sure she got it going for us.
