My family and I had a great time this past weekend. The property was so beautiful with all of the snow and there was plenty of fun things to do onsite. Our cabin was also very cute and cozy. This is the second time we've stayed here and will for sure come back. It's a perfect family getaway.

The staff was super nice, accommodating and very friendly. We were there to get a car buried in snow and needed a place to relax. They went above and beyond and let us check in early while we went about figuring out how to get the car out. The manager - Joanna - and the front office ladies - Jenny...

It was a good time that we spent in this hotel. It is not a five starts resort but the room was super clean... gear bathroom and unbeatable view to the Lake Tahoe! Stuff was beyond and the pop corn in the lobby was delicious! Also my kids enjoyed the snow and played with a snow stuff provided by them....

Resort was beautiful and very close to a handful of ski resorts. close to multiple cities for entertainment including Stateline for gambling. Safeway is about 2 miles down the road you can take local transportation right from the lobby. Hotel lobby has multiple opportunities to meet others for wine and cheese, cookie decorating or social hour. There are numerous games...

Stayed here with the family while enjoying the slopes for the week. Probably would have changed hotels if we didn't have plans to ski all day everyday we were in the Tahoe area. One room smelled terrible - almost as if asian food had been cooked in it for days and days without being cleaned. The small kitchenettes are ok....

Came down here with a buddy to meet up with some friends visiting from England & felt very lucky to find a room at a decent price booking as late as we did, about a month out for Labor Day Weekend. Loved the property & the beach right on the lake! Beautiful views & many amenities. Hotel staff was super...

The mountain side remodels are cozy. The fire place and remodeled family room make for a nice touch. The bed was comfy and the kids didn't complain about the pull out matress either. Looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed 4 nights before Christmas for ski trip at Northstar.. It is not too far away from ski resort. I liked the small kitchen which is really good for the family. The price is better than stay in the Northstar cabin. The front desk staff are friendly. Check in/out is easy.

Room was clean. Mattress was too hard. Old, moldy tea leaves were left in tea pot. Wine and cheese "hour" advertised from 5-6 p.m. on events calendar was over by the time we got there at 5:30. Was told they put one tray of crackers and cheese out and when it's gone that's it. False advertising!

We stayed on the lake side of the resort with a view of the lake and the mountains in the background. It snowed on and off for 3 days. Watching the snow falling with the sun shinning was beautiful. We have stayed at this resort many times since discovering it back in 2003. It is close to a few snow...
