This is a nice little place-simple, clean, and a good value for the money. The rooms are decorated to look like cabins, with nicely placed decorations and a comfortable bed. The rooms are off the main road so it is pretty quiet. I am having to work in the room all day while I am here. This place is nice...

I chose this hotel because it was near a rafting trip my friends and I were taking. However, it is also near the local golf course and my car that had no dings now has several serious dings from being hit while parked in the hotel lot. When I called the hotel about this, one workers said "oh yes, this...

This is a simple motel extension to a quirky gift / furnture store on N Lake Blvd but the owners have filled each room with lots of character and made them very comfortable and charming. It is in a great location and is very good value for money.

If you are in Tahoe City you really need to stop by the Cabin Fever store, very cute inside with lots to look at .And they are also part of Mother Nature's Inn. Which is tucked away behind the store its self. The inn has about 8- 10 rooms. They have a cozy cabin decor that you wont find in...

We loved this Inn/Motel. It was very reasonable. The whole building has an inside corridor so that you don't get cold once you come inside. The room was an average size with a nice clean bathroom. The furnishings and decor was just like a cabin. The location was perfect with plenty of places to eat, lots of shopping, ski shops,...

This quaint hotel was in the perfect location in Tahoe City. The lake was right across the street with a picnic area, including tables. The rooms are off the street so there was very little noise. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows plus the refrigerator and coffee maker in our room. You could walk to several good restaurants...

The rooms had a great rustic outdoor theme that fit in with the Tahoe outdoorsy lifestyle. Very clean and the inn manager was great. Check in and check in was a breeze. We loved the little sitting area right outside our room door. The location of the inn was right in the heart of Tahoe City, so it made it...

This lodging had positive remarks on this site, so my husband and I decided to stay there in spite of the modest price, which had raised a red flag for me originally. We ended up changing rooms. The second was a little better than the first. It was basically small and dark. The shower was a corner one. When you...

like the price and comfort compared to others in the area, only about 10 rooms, very clean, owner cleans the rooms! nice decor, nice part of town, walk to everything, walls a little thin but was not a problem, use earplugs at night, our room had a big bathroom and king bed. Probably will never see owners, find your key...

“We are senior citizens with 2 large dogs and 1 medium sized dog, so the downstairs rooms were best for us. And just as an aside, the front shop is run by the owners of the motel and has lots of very nice art work, furnishings and bric-a-brac for sale. We bought 2 paintings and a statue while there.”
