We recently stayed at the Eureka Street Inn for a long-weekend. The location is perfect. You can easily stroll to town within minutes. The Inn is well-kept, quiet and comfortable. Sandy the Innkeeper is very welcoming and friendly. She goes out of her way to ensure her guests have a wonderful experience. She makes suggestions for local events/activities/restaurants and serves... More

This was our first experience to stay anywhere in Sutter Creek. Our inn keeper, Sandy, was very welcoming and attentive. The home is a beautiful art & crafts mission style decor, and the real deal, not imitation. It was a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bedrooms were well-appointed in Victorian style. The location was excellent. We could walk everywhere,... More

Outstanding in every way, a very-well kept classic home, beautiful and quiet. Owner Sandy Anderson is a wonderful hostess and serves a great breakfast. A good base for visiting area wineries; we would definitely stay there again.

I spent a much needed relaxing and quiet weekend at Eureka Street In in Sutter Creek. A holiday weekend, I was the only guest, at an otherwise busy B&B. Sandy, the hostess, was extremly helpful, and our conversations over breakfast each morning helped make for a great visit. The accommodations are clean, and the bedrooms are nicely appointed almost in... More

Simply put...this inn is the BEST! It is located just off the Main Street in Sutter Creek and is the perfect place to stay for a visit to wine country, Big Tree State Park, California Caverns and other attractions along highway 49. The inn has four rooms and we were able to look into each one. They were all beautifully... More

A group of high school and college friends look for a new place to gather each Spring and Fall. We agreed to take all 4 bedrooms of the Eureka Street Inn. We were certainly happy with our recent choice! We all agreed that sitting on the front porch may have been the high point of the weekend. We all enjoyed... More

We stayed here just one night, but could have stayed longer. The home is about 10o years old, and has been beautifully maintained. There is lots of custom woodwork which has been stained, and oiled or varnished, and remains beautiful There is a lot of tasteful detail in this old home, wood floors, headboard paneling, and nice wainscots are found... This Craftsmen era bed and breakfast is a great place to stay in Amador County. It is a couple of blocks off historic highway 49 (main street in Sutter Creek) so is quiet, very reasonably priced and Sandy provided an excellent breakfast, seamlessly providing for my wife's dietary preferences, and was very flexible in accommodating our travel schedule. We stayed... More

From the moment we walked through the door of the Inn we were welcomed with a friendly and warm welcome by the Innkeeper. We reserved all 4 bedrooms for the weekend for our family and the toughest decision we had was determining which charming bedroom we would take. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and rooms quiet. The breakfasts... More

A two thumbs up for the Eureka Street Inn in Sutter Creek. What a gem! On a lazy lane one block off of Main Street in the center of town, the Inn’s beautifully landscaped yard and large, shaded front porch, bedecked with comfy couches and benches, stir up fantasies of what it may have been like to live in these...
