Overall, a very nice hotel and good value for the cost. A room on an upper floor, facing away from El Camino Real, will give you a quieter experience.

Staff were responsive but there were a few missteps. My room keys did not initially work and the staff member questioned whether I had put them next to my cell phone, then admitted that a staff member on a prior shift had mis-keyed them.

I did not have a privacy curtain in my room, and it took two requests to have one put up.

About six people, apparently construction workers, would gather outside my room each evening to drink and smoke marijuana. The front desk was very responsive when I called about that, and even offered to move me to another room.

Breakfast was good. There was an egg dish and one meat each day as well as a variety of cereals, pancakes, fruit, pastries, and yoghurts. Staff were good about quickly refilling coffee urns when they emptied.

The room was nice if a bit dated. Paint was a light green and the fixed light on the ceiling was a harsh LED. There was a nice reading light on the work desk with various settings for different times of day including one for the evening. There were plenty of plugs and USB ports. There were lamps on the night stands as well as reading lights mounted on the headboard.

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

The room had a very spacious safe that could easily hold a laptop as well as other valuables. Also in the room was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker as well as an iron and ironing board.

Housekeeping services were available on request. Staff were diligent about asking that we leave our room when housekeeping was present in the room for Covid-safety (which I appreciated).

Rooms in Silicon Valley can be expensive, but this hotel represents good value.

We spent a week at the inn. Just wanted to say what an enjoyable stay it was thanks most of all to ALL the people who work here. The hotel is older and shows wear.
BUT, everyone there works so hard to keep things running beautifully. All the front desk staff are knowledgeable and helpful and know their stuff. All the chambermaids we interacted with are so nice and helpful. The little breakfast room’s staff is constantly out in the room replenishing, wiping, cleaning. (Just that television which is a bit too loud)
Our room was super clean. The beds are very very comfortable as are the pillows. We also loved all the trees around the perimeter so that in most rooms you have pretty green branches to look at and through-not just a cement parking lot.
Thank you to all of you!

A very nice motel located in the middle of Silicon Valley. It’s easy to access by car or public transportation from both the San Jose and San Francisco airports. It’s very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. There are microwaves and small refrigerators in the rooms as well as free wifi. We were very pleased with our stay, and we will return.

I arrived at the property with 2 other colleagues for a business trip. The reception was was pleasant and accommodating and processed the rooms in a timely fashion. I was somewhat surprised at the age of the decor as it DOES NOT look like this in any of the pictures in any of the online booking company adverts. Room was sufficient and appeared to be clean and tidy.
We left the hotel to go out to dinner. On my return Id pulled back the bed covers only to see a reddish brown stain on the under sheet. I spoke with the reception who was very apologetic and offered me another room. I explained to her that it wasn't her fault but pointed out that as the sheets are white how could the room service have not noticed when making up the bed, especially in light of the current pandemic.
I was given my key card and then proceeded to my new room. The new room is dated and I have had to turn the fridge off due to the excessive noise. The same applies for the heating and cooling unit.
Unfortunately I will not use this hotel again. I will be asking for a refund on the rooms so that I can move to a different hotel for the rest of my trip.

This is a smaller hotel but very well maintained, very clean, and with a pleasant decor. We stayed three nights and although there was no housekeeping due to COVID precautions, we didn't find this to be a problem as fresh towels were available daily upon request. We appreciated the hot breakfast that was adequate even with minimal selection. Also, the pool was open with several tables with umbrellas. The room was well appointed with comfortable bed and nice linens. Overall a very pleasant stay and a good value.

I often travel to the Silicon Valley for business and this is my #1 choice for hotel accommodations. The staff is exceptional from the front desk with the quick and efficient check in to the staff in the breakfast room, everyone is welcoming and friendly. Maple Inn offers a happy hour in the evening which is bonus after a long day at work, the Swedish meatballs are amazing and the gentleman in the evening at happy hour is very attentive! I can tell everyone loves working here. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and delicious breakfast! Parking was a little difficult with all the work trucks taking up multiple spaces. Other than the parking situation, I can't think of anything negative about this place. Highly recommended!

The hotel is an excellent value for money and everything was very satisfying: the room, Internet, the swimming pool.
The complimentary breakfast had a good choice and, the surprise: in the afternoon (Monday to Thursday), a freshly prepared snack is served to the guests.
The best part was the kindness and the friendliness of the staff.
Definitely a recommended place if you plan to stay in the Santa Clara Valley for business or for leisure

We went to see the 49 ers preseason game and my husband booked this room. Although we checked in pretty late and when we got to our room there were two ants in the bathroom by the shower tub, I told my husband and he said babe let’s go get something to eat so we left and went to get pizza and wings, when we got back we were eating and went took a shower fell asleep. My husband woke up at 6 am a turn the light on and wakes me up to tell me that the table is covered in ants and our food and clothes omg I was so pist off and called down to the front desk the lady said her manager was not there and to call back Monday. My husband was taking a shower and I told hi. He went down stairs to the front desk and told the lady about our room being infested with ants , she basically told him manger was not there so he got pist and told the lady look your telling me i have to wait in the room that’s infested with ants until 12 noon I don’t think so, she gave him a different room and said we’ll you’ll have to talk to the manager on Monday he said she was rude . We were able to get a different room and went to eat breakfast which was excellent and after that we went swimming in the pool it was very nice .overall, the hotels is a very nice quiet place we will definitely stay there again , but we will talk to the manager about our situation

My girlfriend found roaches in the room. After not being able to sleep comfortably because of the thought of roaches, she went and requested a new room. The staff acted like it was not a big deal or did not believe my girlfriend until she showed them pictures. Then they gave her a new room on the 3rd. The thought of roaches in the building still caused discomfort and had a difficult time sleeping here afterwards.

We had 6 people traveling to Bayarea and we had an absolutely amazing time at Maple Tree Inn.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets.

The staff and managers are making our stay at Maple Tree Inn possible, and we appreciate the convenient location and their excellent service.
