I used to come here often even though I live locally. It gives me a great sense of escapism because of its natural resort style and feel. I'm not sure if they still do breakfast but the breakfast pre-covid was great! Made me feel like I was on the islands. Room was ALWAYS clean every visit. Never had a single issue in the three years that I've been coming.
Even though the property looks smaller from outside when compared to other five star hotels in whole US, but all the services provided including the customer service was beyond the excellency of 10 stars. This is one of my first best hotel I stayed for my first time. The room was so clean and well organized with all the amenities. Very comfy bed, I loved it. I am nurse so I always make sure for health safety especially in this pandemic situation. This hotel made my stay very safe and comfortable without any stress to get worried about the hygiene. As said first impression is the best. The front desk staffs are awesome and very professional with a great welcoming smile. The front desk staff Steve who checked us in. He went beyond and above his way to accommodate us in a very nice room. The checkin was very fast. Good job. The room was very nice. I loved the bed it was very comfy. Thanks for the housekeeping team was providing an excellent cleanliness. We thank the manager for maintaining an awesome team of employees. Even though we travelled from far under a stressful situation, but the stay in this hotel made my mind so relaxing and peaceful. Even I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in US, but this is my first hotel which gave a 100% customer satisfaction stay which provided us with all the needs as a customer. Thank you all for all the hard works you’ll do to maintain a high quality requirement to meet a customer satisfaction. Especially in this pandemic situations you guys maintained very good and safe place to stay without any panic. Wild Palms is a great hotel with the most amazing, friendly staff. Clean and quiet. A great place to rest when I travel out for work. Convenient location on El Camino with many food options nearby... including Starbucks just one block away!
What a great place for a local stay over! Clean, Comfortable,and amazing staff. Will visit again soon. We took a last minute break to get away from the "norm" and spend some quite time after the crazy Christmas routine.
They call it a holding fee, but they keep your deposit if you have a pet. Not a holding fee if they keep it. They said its their new policy when I asked about it. My dog left no mess or damages. So, in reality, they charge and additional $75 a night to the cost of the room, but they won't tell you that. Even before I took the room, they knew I had a dog with me, told me the room was $115 a night. One can imagine my surprise to see over $200 a night charged my to account. Broken coffee machine for the whole stay even though I mentioned it to the desk when I first got to my room. I drink coffee every morning.
