Conveniently located close by the airport. They no longer provide airport shuttle so we have to uber in/out. It gave me the impression of a pretty beat up motel that deserve some renovation. We had an overnight layover so we picked something close with fair price thinking if it's a Wyndham Brand it will maintain a certain level of standard. We were disappointed by the unwelcoming look of the property, and signs of lack of maintenance started from the "lobby" all the way to our room. Our room has some very basic amenities that we don't dare to use afraid they will break any time. The bathtub are stained /cracked and the faucet is covered with lime/corrosion. Our towel hanger fell off the wall as I tried to take a towel off it. TV they used still show somewhat analog/distorted ratio (no way to switch them with the remote given) . Would not go back again unless they have major renovation.…
The room was disgusting. When I opened the door to go in, the bed was completely messy and hadn’t been cleaned since the previous person slept there. There was trash on the floor and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The person working the front desk was not helpful and just kept repeating for me to talk to her manager in the morning. She acted like I was overreacting to how disgusting the room was. So I “checked out” and had to find a new place to sleep for the night. Do not stay here. You’re better off sleeping in a car somewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.
This is a good place, nice rooms, and reasonable rates. But check in and check out needs to be better. Front desk not so friendly and service is not so good. Problems with reservation and other things.
Absolutely disappointed and I’ve been here numerous times. I am not expecting a plush room considering it’s travelodge however my original room was filthy. Couldn’t stand to host myself and my mom in a room where the carpet almost looks black, the leather seat in our accessible shower was torn and the bathroom paint was chilling and cracking everywhere. I went back to the front desk notifying them and they said they only have a suite available at an additional cost. Of course I took it because I couldn’t stand putting my mother in such a dirty room. Suite room was great, more of a private location and lots of room. Second night we return to the room exhausted and we find a huge air blower and a leak smelling up the entire room. Not only couldn’t we sleep because the noise from the terribly loud air blower but the stench from the wet carpet was appalling. The next few nights we suffered because we were exhausted from our entire trip. Will be seeking business elsewhere sadly.…
Don’t waste your money. Property is run down. Broken furniture in the parking lot. No breakfast. They charge $100 deposit per night... for what? There’s no room service or amenities to charge to the room. My bed had gray hairs between the sheets and my window was stuck open so I heard the lovely sounds of the planes and freeway all night.
