I was worried about staying here. I booked a King room and when I arrived, the check in only took about 30 seconds. The room was huge and very newly renovated. It had a living room with sofas and side tables, fridge, micro, 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub and 1 with a whirlpool tub. Both bathrooms have additional... More

I felt like I was back in the 50's or 60's. Minimal "charm". Small, thin towels. No coffee maker. Heavy, awkward bathroom door that opened outward and could not be kept open. Thin, ugly carpeting. Lumpy pillows. Broken hanger. Very inconvenient outlet locations (nothing near the bed to keep my laptop charged while using it). TV was difficult to operate.... More

Underground safe free parking and very clean room. Our room had a king bed that was a little hard, but nice bedding. Reasonable priced room with a seating area outside our room in a secured area with heaters during the cold evenings. They offer coffee, juices, packaged rolls and nutrition bars for a quick breakfast snack. Close to the downtown... More

Not real happy with my stay here. It was my fault for assuming there was a shuttle to SFO. Most hotels nearby have one. I figured with the name of the place it would've had it, but, it was only a $13 uber so no big deal. The breakfast was not great at all. It consisted of cheap danish and... More

I would not stay at this "motel" ever, again. Don't expect much for this place. Got here everything looking ok until I checked the bed as I do my normal sweep of the room. The mattress pad had blood and pee on it. They say you get what you pay for but I don't think I even got that. Stay... More

This hotel is perhaps a real 2 1/2 but that's not a choice. Although it is clean, and the management is nice, there is no in room coffee or tissues, so penny pinching is obvious. Some rooms are remodeled, some are still stuck in the 70's including the bed and pillows. Be sure to ask for an updated room specifically.... More

Our room was nice and clean with microwave and small frig. It was just as good or better than the chain hotels around it. Best Western, Holiday Inn, ect..... And at half the price. The airport was less than 10 min away. We will be staying here for all our SF Airport trips. No coffee in the room and the... More

This is not a place to stay if you're looking for San Francisco ambiance, but it's a great spot to stay near the airport for a reasonable price with FREE PARKING. It's clean and convenient. I can't vouch for the breakfast, as we didn't take advantage of it.

Nice clean & quiet hotel. Stay here each time I visit. Large room. Light breakfast to start the day. Free parking. Feel very safe here when traveling alone. Very nice staff. Close to freeway, SFO and shopping.

The accommodation is super-close to the airport, therefore it is very convenient to stay there on your way to or from SFO. The room was rather spacious and the bed was comfortable. In the room you also have a nice flat-screen TV, a fridge, a microwave and a table with two chairs. The breakfast is just a "light continental" one... More

“It's always important to read the reviews before visiting a hotel, it can be a TOTAL nightmare. Tripadvisor.com is a great way to learn what you're getting yourself into.paying for quality is better if you'd like to get the most out of your hotel experience & be able to sleep easy because your NOT in your own bed. It's important to be comfortable & it's the hotels jobs to ensure that.”
