Loved the rooms, sitting area, outside patio for reading and sitting, and the breakfast was wonderful! Came for a girls weekend and really enjoyed going to old time Pasadena, going to the spa, shopping etc. This turn of the century craftsman is a fantastic place close by with great property, enough parking, but yet secluded enough for you to feel...

We had a very enjoyable experience at this charming and remote B&B. Janice and her family are just lovely, both warm and welcoming. Room we stayed in was bright and airy, with lots of natural sunlight, and the best part of all is that this property is just minutes from Old Town Pasadena as well as the Rosebowl! Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about the Arroyo Vista Inn. A beautiful restoration of an early 1900 craftsman-style mansion, very well done and so comfortable, elegant, complete. Could not be more satisfied.

As we walked up the stairs and looked into the various rooms we were excited to be there, however, when we got to our room we were let down. The only room with two beds was way at the top, it was twin beds and two small end tables, thats it. The bathroom was bigger than the sleeping area. We...

Beautiful Inn, clean comfortable rooms. Feels like home away from home. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast with the freshest fruit, daily baked goodies and afternoon cheese tray with wine to spoil you!! I will be back for my next reunion to stay! Thank you for the hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay here including the personal touches like the fresh backed cookies available, the wine and cheese layed out in the evening and the wonderful discussion I had with the owner about different colleges in the area. Our room was "well appointed" to borrow a british phrase and we had a quiet, comfortable evening despite a fairly...

I love staying in Arroyo Vista. I have a grandchild in the area so after visits with an active energetic boy, it is so nice to come come to the quiet and comfort of Arroyo Vista Inn. The beds are luxurious and I always sleep so well there. I enjoy the breakfasts and meet interesting travelers there. I was a...

The experience starts with a secluded walled driveway that wraps up the hill to the house hidden above. The views toward the mountains (my room had a private veranda facing them) are really nice. Lots of outdoor seating for those that want to enjoy the seclusion. There is a busy street at the bottom of the hill so a little...

We have had the good fortune to stay at the Arroyo Vista many times over the last few years. Without exception, our visits have always been a complete success. The owner and her staff are friendly and convey a real sense of caring about their guests. The rooms are all extremely comfortable and make you feel very much like you're...
