This place is on main street and for some reason on a Saturday night road work was being done; traffic was non stop through the night. The two rooms I rented smelled of mildew; room had one small window for ventilation (could see water damage on ceiling in rooms). Parking was on a very steep incline and very limited to almost non existent.

Overpriced for what you are getting. After our hike, we decided to spend the night here, relax and visit the nearby town the following day. So we booked our night here. Pool was closed. The general premises, carpets on the stairs (not necessary) is so old and torn and may cause peril with the clients where you can trip and fall. Why carpet a well trafficked area and not maintain it? They still use tiny bottles of shampoo instead of dispensers, so antiquated and no regards to making a difference in saving the planet. Their breakfast, OMG! Pathetic! It is on a separate building, a very tiny room, packets of quick instant oatmeal, paper plates and disposables, no care about the environment. They needed a larger room as it was so crowded, no place to sit. It is busy season, they were full. But there are many hotels in the same street. Next time, I will stay elsewhere.

My wife described this as the worst hotel she had ever stayed in. It didn’t start well when we went into the room and there was a horrendous smell. Went back to reception and they changed the room. Worn out hotel and the room wasn’t much better. Not that clean but at least bed and sheets seemed ok. It was only a one night stay so put up with it. Poor pool area and definitely the worst hotel breakfast we had during our three week USA trip. Good location for walking into downtown Sonora and that’s the best I can say about it.

This hotel was booked as part of a package by the travel agent. We had hoped that it was a suitable place to stay to visit Yosemite. It is approx 75 miles from the West Entrance and although a bus stops outside we chose to drive daily into the park because it was quicker and therefore didn't take up large chunks of the day. Breakfast was OK. Definately nothing special. The room was dirty. We asked for a disgusting, badly stained chair to be removed. There was a dead fly on the headboard of the bed that remained there for the duration of the stay. The hotel seems to cater mostly for construction workers and large groups of bikers (not normally a problem, we are bikers ourselves) who insist on taking up any available parking space by putting one bike in each space when it is possible to share if your travelling together. Parking is very limited. The outside areas are covered in a filthy carpet covered in cigarette burns. We won't be returning any time soon.

In walking distance to a lot of stuff around town. The hotel itself is not that bad, but needs improvement. When we moved into our first room, there were dirty Q-tips and a beer can. But it was clean besides that and a few stains on the wall. I just wish the walls were thicker.
