We have stayed in many Four Sisters Inns over the past 20 years and loved every one of them. We just stayed at the Inn At Sonoma and was disappointed. It didn't seem like a Four Sisters Inn in that the room was barely decorated, mattress/pillows was uncomfortable, bedding/towels that needed to be updated, furniture that was worn and needed to be replaced, VERY poor lighting in the bathroom. Perhaps some of this is a result of COVID? It's in a great location and parking is good. Breakfasts were good along with wine/cheese in the afternoon. Overall, the room looked worn down and didn't resemble the beautiful B&Bs of the past.
The Inn at Sonoma was great! The Inn is very nice, cute, comfortable and the staff were nice, knowledgeable and helpful. It is also a perfect location to be able to walk around town and come and go -- really lovely Inn.
Such a lovely inn, the location was perfect for the beautiful main square in town and the team made us feel very welcome! The room and bed were very comfortable - just as we had hoped for! Breakfast as part of the stay was a nice touch also. We definitely would stay here again if we are are back in Sonoma. Thank you! :)
Great little hotel right in downtown Sonoma. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, spacious clean rooms with large patio and fireplace. Free wine and cheese in the afternoons was a bonus and we used the complimentary bikes to explore the area. Everyone was friendly! Would absolutely stay again and definitely recommend to friends! Prices were also very reasonable and they left us some fancy chocolates and a Happy Anniversary note in our room upon arrival.
We stayed here for a wedding in the area. It was very conveniently located to many of the activities we were involved in. We were able to walk to many restaurants and tasting rooms which was awesome. Some other “pros” for this Inn were that breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese are included in the price of the room. They also provide a bottle in your room for filtered water which is available on the first floor of both buildings. We also had really comfy robes to use. Now for the not-so-wonderful things. We stayed in the building across from the main building, which unfortunately was right next to the road. We heard the traffic all night long. Also, we had issues with our A/C (cutting off after 2 hours) which was very inconvenient during the night and also which took 2 days to figure out how to fix it. Needless to say, we did not have a single restful nights sleep. Ear plugs are highly recommended! There are some trees next to the building which offered easy access for squirrels to run across the roof…which they did…loudly…every morning between 6:30 and 7:30. Also, the building we were in had no elevator or ice machine. If you needed ice, you had to go to the main building and go upstairs. We had family staying in the main building and I think their experience was better than ours.…
Amazing place to stay! Always stay when we visit, beautiful location and amazing staff. Lovely location in the middle of Yountville with many food choices close by. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Staff are very professional and attentive to your needs and requests
I chose a solo room at the Inn on the first floor. Very neat and spacious room. I liked the room, though I would choose a second floor next time just to enjoy those balconies. Simple bathroom amenities, but what sets this stay apart was the nightly wine and cheese, breakfast, and excellent customer service. I look forward to coming again. I would have also used the fireplace too!
We just completed a one night stay 5/1/22. The condition of our room was a major disappointment, the bathroom in particular. The toilet seat was broken, the finish on top of the wooden table next to the tub/shower had completely worn through from moisture, and the light switch was dirty. The dark Spanish tile in the bathroom also is dated and worn. Our room condition was in stark contrast to a very clean and pleasant lobby level. Until the rooms receive a complete make over we won’t be back.
As a regular at the 4 sisters resorts, I was definitely disappointed in this 1. Certainly it was clean and adequate in the bed was comfortable, but there was nothing special and nothing intimate about this resort. I'm not complaining but I'm not complaining but having stayed at 4 other resorts from this group I can tell you that this was my least favorite by far
We were two moms looking to escape our husbands and children just for a short stay, and chose this inn because it looked luxurious, clean, and functional. We were delighted by the treatment we got at the front desk, which was attentive and kind. One of the ladies at the front desk even went out of her way to find us when our masseuse arrived. We were quite taken by the customer service, and the sweet cheese and wine pairings at 5 pm. The room was small but totally functional and pretty. The rooftop hot tub was divine. The breakfast in the morning was gourmet, and we both ate way too much. This experience was perfect for us, we felt cared for and pampered. Oh! And the front desk texted me several times to see how we were doing and if there was anything else they could do to make us comfier. This is a 5 star experience, and we are so thankful.…
