The cottages would be great for a long stay with the living room, comfortable bed, and large bathroom with soaking tub. The service was great and bringing dessert from the restaurant back to the room made the perfect evening! The location was also convenient - a straight short drive from the main square.

Stayed 3 nights and would rate more of a 3.5 to 4 star property and on that standard was just fine. Rooms are of a decent size, bathrrom slightly small but more significantly shower pressure not great and took awhile for hot water to show up. As some others mentioned, patio door would not securely close and lock and room... More

I have stayed at resorts throughout US, Mexico, Germany, this by far is the least friendly. Room is fine, clean, in fact cleaning staff seems the friendliest of the entire resort. We are staying here to check out the Sonoma area so CD my husband's boss is pushing us to move to this area. Based on my experience here and... More

This is a great property and we had one of the cottages with the fireplace. We used the fireplace every evening as we visited the beginning of November 2013. The room was very comfortable and the property is beautiful. The complimentary shuttle service is such a nice touch and we did use it to visit some restaurants in the downtown... More

This is a great location. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff were great. But the room we had in the lodges is in need of serious upgrade. The shower is ill designed and floods bathroom floor. The heat unit was rackety and loud. The door to our patio wouldn't close after we opened it and had to go... More

My husband and I visited there Oct 5-12. Check-in was easy but beware now there is an extra resort fee and parking fee now. We made our reservation before these fees came into effect so the fees were waived for our stay. Our room was spacious with a fireplace, sitting area, separate tub and shower and nice dressing area and... More

We were in the main building & it was clean, but there was some kind of meeting in the hotel, so it made it difficult to pass while heading downstairs. The wine tasting in the restaurant was cool, but too busy. The price was very high for what we got. I wish we had done a bed & breakfast, or... More

Low rise. Room had fireplace. Balcony faced front entry drive. Room included small bottle of red wine. Room was large. Bathtub had shutters that open into bedroom. There was a separate shower. Toilet had its own room. Room was clean. Lobby was nice and pool area had a quality feel.

My wife and I checked into this hotel for our wedding anniversary. We received great customer service from the beginning and it did not stop until our trip ended. The hotel, for us, was in an ideal spot and served as a launching location for all of our winery trips. The concierge at the hotel helped us find so many... More

Sonoma/Napa area is not very dog friendly. Yes, there are a few options but not many. We are so glad we chose the Lodge. ( $75 dog fee for 2 nights) Upon check in, we were assigned building 5, upper floor unit D. Our unit did not face the main internal walkway so we were able to keep our door... More
