I must say first and foremost that the staff was nice - but I still had a terrible problem with being billed for a room three times. I arrived at the hotel and they said I had already checked in. After convincing the clerk that this was not possible, she gave me another room. But upon entering my room, i... More

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The air conditioner and heater both worked effectively. Beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was adequate. The wifi worked well without needing a password. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

We met family from Santa Barbara about half way to go wine tasting in the area (which was surprisingly good and very diverse). When we arrived to check into our rooms (we'd been joking all day about staying in Soledad), not only was the hotel sold out, there were people in the lobby on their mobile devices struggling to find... Hello, Thank you for taking the time out to write a review, we really appreciate it! We apologize for having an outdated appearance but it is something we're striving to improve; we've been updating little by little with new mattresses and newer bedding and linen coming in the future! As hard as it may be to believe, our little hotel... More

A very clean, simple room for a very reasonable price. It is about 30 minutes from Pinnacles west entrance visitors center so quite close - nothing really closer. Breakfast is simple with bread, cereals & a few other items. Service is very friendly & helpful. They are located right off the highway. Free wifi is helpful. Lots of channels with... More

Yes, and there are only two motels in Soledad, last time I checked. This one is more expensive and, during my single visit, featured a distinctly unfriendly reception clerk and a room right next to where they do their laundry. Which, I should add, they start very, very early. Woke me up before my 545am alarm.

Stayed here for one night while we hiked the Pinnacles National Park. We would definately stay again ! We were totally happy with all aspects - the room was a very good size, clean, beds comfortable, conveniently located right off the 101. Included is a small fitness room, a nice pool and a spa inside a gazebo. They serve a... More

A nice, clean, comfortable place in the small town of Soledad. Easy to get to from the 101 with a good restaurant (The Windmill) on the property. Just what the doctor ordered on long drives up or down U.S. 101. I stayed here a year ago and again last night, and would definitely go back.

What stood out the most about this property was the guest services. I made several somewhat out- of -the ordinary requests of front desk staff while staying here and each representative cheerfully fulfilled them. Yes, the breakfast is pretty "sad' but there are a variety of amenities that ,should you use them, will make you feel like you are getting... More

Very nice motel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and free wifi. The continental breakfast offered cereal, yogurt, toast, sweet rolls, fruit juice and fresh fruit in a large room off of the lobby. This motel is apparently one of only two decent choices in Soledad which is the city closest to the west entrance of... More
