Our stay at The Skyview Inn was absolutely unbelievable! Their warm hospitality, food and incredible views made our trip to Lake Arrowhead, CA unforgettable! The staff was so warm, welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. We got to have breakfast while enjoying the most amazing views at 5,700 feet in the mountains overlooking San Bernadino Valley! A truly unforgettable and amazing experience! We can’t wait to come back again soon! Thank you Skyview Inn!

We spent 2 nights at the Skyview Inn and can heartily recommend it. Easy to find, plenty of parking, very comfortable room and of course the views ! We were there as a tropical storm blew through and witnessed rain like we've never seen before, next morning we were above the clouds, simply stunning. Bathroom was quite compact but met our needs. Would have no issue returning.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was good for the most part. I thought the bed was comfortable and it was spacious. Shower was ok. Large tub difficult to climb in and out. Facet was stuck in on position several times. Front door had a code and was a pain to get it to actually lock. Railing was loose several boards needed replaced or someone could go through. Had ants in bathroom and all over kitchen counter. I was able to turn the tv on but never could get anything to actually watch. Definitely room for improvement. And we left a night early for a pet emergency so we paid for an extra night.

Every time I have stayed at this establishment or called, people are not friendly. The early check-in fee is ridiculous. People are driving from great distances to go there. They are strict about check-in although I wasn’t able to check-in till 5:30 at one point because the room had not been cleaned.I would imagine that more people would stay here if patrons were treated a little better. My husband and I will just go back to the North Shore Inn where the owners are friendly. The place is in need of updating and paint inside, fixtures need replacing. Your literally paying for the view and that’s it.

I am super disappointed you did not enjoy your stay. We try our best to connect with each guest. We are new owners and although a lot of work had gone into the rooms before us; we have been working hard to get them to where we want them. We agree on the early check in fee. Most hotels charge $100 or more; we thought $50 was reasonable. There's a lot of work that goes into preparing rooms for guests. If someone wants to arrive early, there is even more going into getting that room ready. We are not the resort; we get it - we are not for everyone. But if you want a comfortable, quiet stay in the Lake Arrowhead area with an amazing view; we hope you will give us another try.

I was planning on staying here on my wedding night. I booked 3 room in February, for myself and husband, and our parents. Unfortunately, the church across the street cancelled due to Covid. I tried to cancel my rooms that were booked directly through Sky Forest Inn and paid in advance. First they said they couldn't refund my money because my credit card had expired since the time of my booking, which it had. I gave them my new expiration date and they still stated they couldn't refund the money.Then they stated I booked through Expedia. I recalled looking at the expedia site so I double checked and let them know I had indeed booked directly through them. Then they said they would send a check. It has now been over 3 weeks. They are holding money I could use on our honeymoon. Last night I called again to see if they re-issued the check I still have not received. Jed, told me this was my problem because my card expired. He was not re-issuing a check and hung up on me. If you're going to stay in this hotel, do not book directly through Sky Forest Inn. I can not believe how rude they have been and the lies and excuses given to not refund my money.

The Sky View Inn is a beautiful place to stay, and the view is breathtaking! Pictures can not do it justice! It's conveniently located along Highway 18, very easy to find, and within a short distance to Lake Arrowhead and Sky Park. It's a short walk to Lou Eddy's pizza and Hortencias, and they serve breakfast on the weekends.
Though it's an older inn, it has undergone extensive renovation and tastefully decorated into a charming mountain retreat. A large group of us stayed there, and I was able to see several of the rooms. They are all unique and have a personality of their own. One thing everyone agreed on was that the beds were AMAZING!
This is the place to rejuvenate your soul and get a wonderful night's sleep!

A quick getaway in Lake Arrowhead. Loved this little inn. Staff was very friendly. We stayed in the dog friendly room. We really enjoyed sitting out on the chairs on the deck overlooking the mountains. 5 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead. 10 minute drive to Lake Gregory. Walking distance to the Lou Eddies (pizza) and Rosalia's (Mexican food).

We went to check out Lake Arrowhead, which is a gem of a place. Found Sky View Inn somewhere online. The price was great, the room was spacious and super clean, the view is excellent and the owners are really nice. Arrowhead Village is a 5 minute drive. I travel a lot and this little Inn is up there with the best of them. Certainly did the trick. Stay here, its well worth it.

Beautiful scenery! Very well taken care of. Very friendly and accommodating!!! So close to Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory. So relaxing!! Beautiful drive to and from. Be sure to get some Lou Eddys pizza while you are there!

Thanks for the cooked to order breakfast, fresh squeezed orange juice and modern interior design. This magnificent estate was designed by Theodore “Dorey" Foutch and one of America's first "Million Dollar Estates" located on the Rim of the World Highway.
Nathan was cordial and put me at ease knowing he was on site. The owner team of Alisa and David are gracious hosts and atmosphere of the inn encouraged many impromptu conversations/interviews. "Claire de Lune" on the piano at night was divine.
I am grateful for the time spent and this cloud "Himmel" at 5000 feet that is artfuly decorated. Hi Steve and thanks for the follow up call---beginning to understand why stars, celebrities and privacy mavens stay at Skyforest Inn! Dogs allowed, call.
