Some hotel really are hurting in this pandemic, but don't cry for Casa Madrona. Charing as much as ever plus a resort fee (WHAT is that for?) but no maid service during your stay, spa closed, etc. I don't fault the hotel for taking the steps necessary to protect it's staff, but it makes NO effort to provide anything in return. Fast internet costs extra, internet infrastructure is dated (you'll prob have to log on multiple times during your stay), bottled water costs extra, front deck staff cannot managed the systems at times, etc. How about a small gesture like wine, fruit or flowers? Espresso machines in rooms? There's no food service at the hotel. Rooms are fine if uninspired.

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Sausalito, despite the virus situation and mask wearing. Hotel room was spacious, clean and very quiet with view of the harbor. Excellent food is always available at the hotel restaurant with spacious outdoor seating on Bridgeway.

Omg you have To go here. The staff is amazing and the rooms is so luxurious. We will come here every year. You won’t be sorry. This hotel is a class act for sure. We spent four nights here. The location is perfect, comfort is number one with huge comfy bed, the best view, huge bath and the vest part is the staff that knows how to treat a guest! Thank you for making my birthday so special! I love this place. What ever the cost, it’s worth it! Stay here, you won’t regret it!!!!!

There is no connection between the things promised on their website including the pictures, and the reality. Apparently the marketing department has never actually visited the hotel. Also, the room and rate you book online is irrelevant. You get whatever they have when you arrive. Bottom line... it is a Motel 6 across the street from the bay..
