I honestly do adore this hotel and have had nothing but exceptional experiences until my stay at the end of July. I was reviewing my bank account and had a $75 charge 3 days after I checked out. I just happened to be going back to stay again in early September and thought I would take care of it then, Upon checking in I asked the person at the front desk about the situation and she said she would look into it and let me know. I never heard anything so at check out I asked again. She then told me it was for "soiled linens". And, then asked "were you on your monthly?" . I was shocked and said no and I do not know what the issue would have been. And I would like to speak to someone as I was never informed or sent anything about the charges. She then said I would need to email the manager, which I did on Sept 5th and have heard nothing back. So, I am now disputing through my bank, I have never had an issue like this with a hotel. I stayed alone in the room for 2 nights and can't imagine what I had possibly ruined that cost the hotel $75. The lack of response is also shocking as I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel both with family and friends. Beyond this issue the hotel is quaint, mostly quiet, the rooms are very nicely done with a double vanity. The restaurant is not open due to COVID but it definitely looks like it would be nice. The outdoor patio and firepits are a nice touch as well.

Dear 1Goldiegirl, Thank you for your kind words about our hotel and safety measures. We are truly sorry the charges caught you off guard, however, our GM emailed you on September 6th @ 1:47 pm letting you know about the charges (the pictures of your soiled linens were attached. to that email). Per Hilton standards and under the circumstances, we cannot reuse your soiled linens (which were from your spray tan) as the stains never came out. Please check your spam email and do take care of yourself. We hope you stay safe and healthy during this time.

The Inn at Saratoga, formerly an independent hotel, is now part of the Hilton Tapestry collection. Situated in the Village of Saratoga, it is tucked behind the main street (Big Basin Way) and next to Wildwood Park. Rooms overlook the park and a creek. My room had a small balcony where I could enjoy the forested view. Hilton does a great job keeping the room clean and COVID protocols in place. To enter my room, I had to first break a seal that designated it clean. Indeed, it was. Unfortunately, Hilton chose not to provide breakfast, as they would have done in the past. It would have been nice to at least have grab-and-go bags in the lobby with a muffin or yogurt. Rooms do have a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator, so with careful planning it’s possible to bring your own breakfast goodies. Afternoon patio dining was also closed, but there are many excellent dinner dining options within walking distance either for take out or al fresco dining. The room has double window coverings making it super dark, a comfortable bed, and great pillows. My room was very quiet, even during the day and despite the construction site that opens onto the parking lot. Most, if not all rooms, do not face the construction. The construction does impact the hotel-provided parking, so you might find it a challenge depending on when you arrive. This is a temporary situation that you can remedy by taking advantage of the adjacent public parking. I stayed at the Inn several years ago, before it changed ownership to Hilton. On this visit, I stayed five nights. The redecorating and improvements to the bathroom has made what was a comfortable hotel even more so. When sitting in the room and looking out onto the trees, it’s difficult to imagine that you are in the center of the high-paced tech industry.

Dear DigitalRabbit, Thank you for your 5 star review, we are so very grateful that you made a return visit. I do apologize for breakfast offerings being temporarily suspended, but we do have a market pantry in the lobby offering Greek yogurt, fruit, muffins, banana bread, packaged oatmeal, and cold brew. Our ADA improvement project is set to finish by 9/18/20, so we do hope you will come sleep in serenity with us once again. Cheers to you and your health.

This review is for the bar only: Finally a new bar in Downtown Saratoga! It was sorely needed! We are locals (literally a walk away) and went when it had just opened to have a Pliny. Service was good and the setting, creekside, is great. Will definitely go back!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with stunning interior designs in the rooms. A regular King bed room is a comparable price to the other hotels in the local area, however the Saratoga Inn is much newer and more attractive. My family lives in the area, and I am familiar with the other local hotels. If someone had booked this room for me, I would have thought I was at a luxury hotel. Front desk staff was kind and smiley; the room had signs detailing their COVID-19 inspired, improved cleaning standards. There's free parking, which is an uncommon feature these days. As a previous guest mentioned, this hotel is on a hill, and the 4th floor is street level. Note that if you park in the street-level lot (versus the lot next to the lobby), that door to the hotel is exit-only, to keep guests safe. There's a staircase on the side of the building to get down to the lobby. My stay was a dream; highly recommend!

Stayed in this Inn as we were visiting family in Saratoga. It is very nice Inn in an excellent location in the Old Town part of Saratoga. It is located sown a hill, but you can take the elevator to the 4th floor and walk out a level exit to the main shopping road in Saratoga. This is an excellent feature.
