We spent two nights at the Flamingo. We had a nice, clean room with remodeled bathroom. It was a junior suite which was more than enough room for me, my husband and son. The pool is very nice and large and the focal point of the grounds. It was filled with kids and families pretty much all day. There were...

We like the Flamingo as a place to stay in summer, since it has such a nice pool for me and for my son. The rooms are nothing special but nice -- comfortable and quiet, if you're on the back of the building especially. But I have to say that I found a few of the policies irritating during this...

This was actually a very pleasant place to stay with a very nice pool and poolside was great too! The rooms were rather plain and on the small side, as were the baths, but it was made up for by the pleasant staff and lovely exterior amenities. They have evening activities, a nice restaurant, beautiful grounds. I would warn you...

We stayed two nights and loved it! The only negative was the size of the room; it was pretty small, but other than that, the place was great! The pool was fun and full of kids, the staff was helpful and super friendly, everything was clean and well appointed! We will certainly return!

We booked this hotel the same day via an online app as we were driving around/through California for 2 weeks. We turned up about 7pm and the staff were very friendly, so much so they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room! The hotel has an outside pool with jacuzzi, which we instantly took advantage of. The room...

Old school hotel that has been updated tastefully. Just left a 5-star hotel on the Gulf Coast and this place is just the opposite (in a good way). Unique layout, beautiful grounds, great pool and restaurant. Blends in to the surrounding area with huge trees and well maintained grounds. Just a relaxing place to stay. Inter net charge is a...

My daughter and I stayed one Sunday at the Flamingo. We've stayed here before because we have family in SR, but not for several years. The pool is great, really nice set up and lovely landscaping. Service is mostly friendly. The rooms are average, could use some upgrading as others have stated. Especially the carpeting- I don't know how they...

Hello Libbycali, Thank you for taking the time to write a review after your stay here at the Flamingo Hotel. We are sorry your carpet was dirty and we would have certainly moved you to another room and taken immediate attention to the matter. The "Flingo" has been around for a long time and remains on the border of posh. It is well kept and the staff is well trained. The food is very good, room service is convenient. They have live entertainment which remains a local hit and cater functions well. The pool - yadda yadda, it's a big one. I have stayed...

We were up in Sonoma for a wedding and booked at the Flamingo using credit card rewards. The pictures online seemed nice enough so we decided it was worth a try since worst case it was only for a night. I'm pretty glad it was just one night. The room was clean, but clearly old. About 60% of the room...
