I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The ratings that were on the website weren't even close to what I got. The room was so small that I could barely walk between the bed and the desk. The bathroom was also very small. They really need to update the televisions in the room, my screen had scratches...

I just paid 96 dollars for a tiny, outdated room. The room has a very weird smell and fluorescent lighting. Everything about the room is disappointing and straight out of the 90's. I don't even trust the bed enough to sleep in the covers. Best Western nextdoor quoted me a room for 15 dollars more and i completely regret not...

This is certainly not a fancy place, but it's a nice place. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, although the carpet did look like it could use a shampoo. My wife likes extra pillows and blankets for the kids, and the staff very promptly brought those with a smile. The breakfast area could use a few more...

Dated rooms, staff whom I think are the owners not at all overly friendly AT ALL. However, they did reduce the rate to a corporate as I was there on business. Room was very small with too much furniture in it. The parking lot is a little sketchy as it seems to be the highway for the hobos.

I thought our room was spacious and clean. We really liked having hand soap and body lotion available to use as well as body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. We used them and was happy not to have to pull out what we brought with us. We had a king size bed but it was a little hard...

I had the opportunity to reserve rooms at several ABVI hotels and always the staff was helpful and went out of their way to keep my room clean, provide any discounts and help booking possible with understanding, even if a card declined, they were cool and accepted my good card. They also went out of their way to take care...

The room is quite spacious and quite well appointed. The bathroom was clean if not a bit dated in decor. The bed was comfortable. It is located close to a shopping area - so restaurants are quite close. Parking is at your door. Internet connection quite good. Breakfast is pretty basic (included in the price) with not much selection.

Rooms were clean. Coffee was fine in morning. Pastries were not fresh and nothing else worth eating. Location was fine but homeless people were sleeping in parking area next to hotel. Starbucks is next door and we used them each morning for great coffee and food. Pool was out of service for year.

Room was very clean and had everything that I needed! I thought that this was a great place. I was staying here while I went to the Indy car races at Sonoma Raceway. I especially liked that the hotel was set back away from the freeway so it was very quiet. great location next to a Starbucks and only a...

As the pound devalues each stay is more expensive so to pay £145 for this when I should have gone via trip advisor and had it for £122! The room was a twin room with queen beds. The shower needed tlc. The TV was old style box, no USB plugs as we found in most hotels in Utah/Colorado. The guy...
