Great location--walking distance to the pier & nearby restaurants. Clean rooms. Interesting shower. Friendly service from the valets to the concierge Adriano. Two flutes of champagne at check in. We had a city view room with a huge deck patio--it was almost the size of the room. Recommended.

The Shore Hotel was a wonderful place to stay during our visit to Santa Monica. It was beautiful, modern & in the perfect location across the street from the beach. We loved it! All of the employees who we dealt with during our stay were super friendly & helpful. Michael Lawrence, our bell person who helped us with our luggage was so helpful!

Hotel Shore was the the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The moment you walk in the door you are treated like Royalty. The beds were soft and comfortable.They give you plenty of pillows. James was excellent at breakfast. Mika set us up with a VIP driver(Chuck) which was the best of the best. We couldn't have ask for a better hotel. Wanted to mention our waiter at dinner can't remember his name but I do believe he was a supervisor and he did and superior job too. From the room to the food it was FABULOUS

Shore Hotel is our go-to favorite for every Santa Monica visit. The modern, beautiful property is on Ocean Ave, with a wellspring of great restaurants, the beach, shopping and pier in walking distance. This visit, Adriano the Manager welcomed us with bubbles and a few great new restaurant recommendations. The professional and friendly team always ensure to find the best possible room with a sunset view. An excellent bonus is the heated pool & large hot tub with ocean view and bar.

Everything about the Shore Hotel was exceptional! I really can’t say enough about our wonderful stay. We’re a family of 3 with a seven year old child and we had a great time. The hotel is right next door to the Santa Monica Pier, the beach and has a clean pool and hot tub that the whole family enjoyed. First of all, it’s a green building and it feels well-appointed and modern. Front desk, concierge, parking and restaurant staff are all welcoming and genuinely kind. James, Melissa and Rafael in the restaurant were so gracious and even shared their juice recipes with me (don’t miss out on the Green and Vitamin C juices). Food at the restaurant was delicious! And if you want to save some money then get a Garden or City view room. It’s buried a little bit in their website, but I can’t believe how reasonable the price was per night for a room right by the Santa Monica Pier. And the rooms were quiet. We didn’t hear any of our neighbors or street noise. And everything was SO clean. We can’t wait to go back and when in L.A. we will ONLY be staying at the Shore Hotel from now on. …

Staff nice and location great. Overall, very pricey for what you get (location, Santa Monica, so somewhat to be expected). Rooms clean, though spartan (some would say modern). Restaurant and lobby coffee only so-so. Nice pool area. Parking too expensive. Stayed one night of three, staff kindly let us leave early

I celebrated my birthday this week at Shore Hotel this week and it was everything we could hoped for. When Ramon greeted us at check in we knew we were at home. We were honestly wowed by his stellar service. Ramon went out of his way to add his personal touch - to make my birthday very special. Thank you Ramon, you are wonderful!’The natural service and culture of generosity is what makes this hotel stand out. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate. The location is superb. It is right in the hear of everything, Santa Monica Pier, the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants. The hotel has a 24 hrs gym and business center. Overall It was certainly a 5 star experience and we look forward to our next visit!
