Great, very helpful and friendly staff!!!
We had a great two night stay over Memorial Day. Staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and responsive. Excellent fitness room, great location to get anywhere in Sant Cruz and very safe and secure hotel. We’d stay again without hesitation

    Fantastic - would visit again!
Upon arrival we checked in, received the key and free parking - parked easily close to our room. Upon entrance from the parking lot we could see we were on the same floor as the pool. Pool hours are shorten opens at 10 am ( prefer much earlier but happy to be able to enjoy the pool) The room was clean clean clean. The view was to the parking lot but we didnt care. The room was quiet and you did not hear outside noise. The pool was nice at times it was a bit busy but not overly crowded. COVID-19 has maximum of people as it never went passed that. They provide towels which many of the people used more towels than needed. Please people/guests take only what you need. If you have 4 people and you use 4 towels there is not need to get 4 more towels just because they are available. People hoarding towels like toilet paper, not joking. The pool does close promptly so please be nice to the staff when they ask you to vacate. The hotel is walking distance to a nice Indian restaurant and coffee shop. Jut a short mile or so you can drive to other places to eat. Its a nice area to get away from all the traffic and noise. The only issue is the bathroom bathtub area has some mold, I did provide this to the reception when we checked out. We enjoyed our stay.
Thank you for the review. It was a delight to have you visit! Your feedback will encourage us to work harder in our quest for excellence. We truly appreciate the feedback. Have a lovely week! Best Regards, Ashley

    Great stay, beautiful, large suite!
We stayed here for a night with our family and loved it! We had the one bedroom suite with a king bed and a separate living area with a sofa sleeper. The suite was huge, giving us plenty of space to spread out and for our kids to play. I loved that there was a half bath in the living room so that our kids could use it without waking us up. I just wish we could have stayed here longer!
It is always a pleasure to have you back in your “home away from home.” We appreciate the kind review. We will continue to work hard to earn your business. Have a great week! Yours Sincerely, Ashley

Pros: Heated pool, Beautiful landscape and grounds. Cons: This hotel's interior is sadly worn and unclean. I took pictures of the extremely stained chaise and lampshade in the room. Furniture is old and worn. Outside spa had a sign (looked like it had been there awhile) stating it was out of service. Customer service was lacking. HORRIFING!: My husband and I were watching TV around 10 pm in our room, when a man from the hotel opened our door. We were SHOCKED! No knock. No calling out if someone was in the room. He just walked right in with our towels that we had requested 7 hours earlier! Thank God we hadn't disrobed for the night! Or out from the shower! I am totally disgusted with Hilton!

Stayed here because it is near my family’s house. But, even though it is super convenient, we won’t stay again. The lobby has been refreshed and the outside of the building is nice, but the hallways and rooms are so worn out. Air conditioning does not seem to properly cool (never got to the temperature it was set at), windows only open about 2 inches, and the rooms and halls have a odd moist, mildew sort of smell throughout. The entire room felt a little damp. Combined with no maid service (requested each day but never came), visibly dirty and stained furniture, and trash being piled in the hallways (probably bc there is no maid service and no public trash cans), the whole stay was gross. Feels more like a roadside motel. Wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t a Hilton brand hotel for much longer. Too bad.

We stayed for 1 night while driving up the CA coast. We didn't arrive until about 8 pm and there was a line for check in (also purchasing from the pantry, asking questions, etc.). Unfortunately, there was only 1 person working the desk. This is a relatively large property so 1 is clearly not enough this early in the evening. The clerk was doing the best she could. The property itself is very nice. We had an upgraded room, which turned out to be a two room suite. It was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We didn't really have time to check out much else. The breakfast buffet was pretty good although it costs more than the Hhonors credit (that replaced the free breakfast benefit). Check out was very easy. We'd stay again.

We booked this hotel through Costco in a package. We paid Costco in full at the time of booking. After check out, the hotel proceeded to charge our card for the full amount of our stay, even after we explained it was paid for. Long story short, after several calls to the hotel by myself & Costco, we are still awaiting our refund over a week later. My sister is also dealing with the same issue.

As most know, I am a bed snob, luckily this place had a wonderful bed and pillows!!! Now, the front desk girl was super friendly and sweet as well. We got in late and ate dinner at the restaurant. Both myself and husband had the tacos. I feel like they are not a real restaurant, like maybe they have a microwave and possible a deep fryer. I only say this because the meat in my tank was very over done, kind of like when you overcook shredded beef in a microwave and the ends get crispy. Anyways, the staff there is super nice also. I’m waking up and will be heading to breakfast, you can order off the menu or pay $19.95 a person for the buffet. After seeing the menu last night, we are doing the buffet. You are probably wondering at this point why only the 4 stars, well after many stays at different locations, I am now marking down for the showers. Why? Because who likes getting in moldy looking showers. It’s gross and this was no exception. While the hotel is super clean and very pretty, PLEASE look at your showers. A) the hot water takes FOREVER to come on, so much so I thought we needed to switch rooms to get any. B) the walls seem to have water damage of some sort. C) the shower floor literally has black marks and the corners and shower track are disgusting. Let’s not mention the doors on it being off because of said yuckiness. Overall, a great experience and would recommend!

We were really looking forward to our stay here, and under other circumstances we probably would've really enjoyed it. The property is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the amenities are great. But I don't know if it was bad timing or what, but we were there while they were apparently having issues with the air conditioning. Our rooms were warm and never cooled down; one was so hot that we had to change rooms. If the windows could be opened more than a few inches, this would've helped out a lot. Additionally, the rooms are only cleaned on request (which is fine), but when we did request service, it wasn't done. I think it is telling that we were not asked how our stay was when checking out...

N.Y Steak served via room service in a cardboard to go container with plastic utensils. No mention on the menu with numerous typos. $50.00 later I complained to management and could only get a refund by bringing the dinner for his inspection at the front desk! Nightmare.

I would expect far more from a Hilton. Upon checking in and going to a room, we were hit with a strong smell of cannabis in our room. The room was musty and the AC was not working. As if that wasn’t enough, there were gnats in the room. I went to the reception to let them know and ask if there was another room available since the one we got (room 565), was in poor conditions. The lady at the desk apologized and stated there were no other rooms available. On our second night, I went to the reception to ask for an extra towel and coffee. I had to go downstairs since no one was answering the phone. The lady at the desk informed me that they would bring the towel and coffee to our room. We waited over an hour to get the items. I sent a message on the app to once again let them know about the AC not working and I was told that they would send someone to check it out. They never did!! We got tired of waiting so we just left to go eat dinner. Each time we entered the room we were hit with the musty, cannabis smell. At least we had a balcony so we were able to open the slider door and this is how we slept. Moreover, the parking on the 4th level was taken by at least 6 AT&T trucks, so there was limited parking for the guests. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again. This place is dirty and lacks customer service.
