This is a very honest review and sending my concern to anyone who will try to book this place. 1. Checking in is sooooo Poor as no one is at the desk. We are told to wait. The guy came in with a strong cigarette smell. 2. It is overpriced. We booked thru Booking.com with

My wife and I stayed for two days in room #10 the attic. When we arrived the parking was good the location was good the building looked nice. The receptionist keeps limited hours and rarely at the front desk. Check in was easy as was checkout. Could have been more helpful

We were really disappointed with our stay here and don’t believe it should be called ‘luxury’. The room was very cramped with the bed against the wall. The shutters let in light all night meaning we didn’t sleep well. There were stains on our towels and the room generally

Where to start... the hotel calls itself ‘luxury suites’ with a price tag to match...more like student accommodation or a crusty old care home (if the smell in the loft “suite” is anything to go by). We paid $178 a night in search of a comfortable stay in Santa Cruz. We ended up

This is a nice place but Room #4 can get some noisy morning road traffic. Friendly staff. Close to Boardwalk and great food. We had a nice view of the river. Housekeeping only gets a fair mark. Bathroom gets a well done.

Hi. I stayed in the "Deluxe suite with river view" room It wasn't a big room. It had king size bed ,flat screen tv, blue ray, speakers with bluthooth, a tray for breakfast in bed, 2 robes , I think they also had a safe and a mini refrigerator (don't remember if it was empty or full). The room also had an ice bucket. And a new gas fireplace/heater. And of course a private shower (not so big, not A bathtub) Maybe your room will have a different shower facilities... I hope I helped. Have fun.
