Great amenities for price. Staff very nice and helpful. Low budget hotel with free wi-fi, free HBO, microwave, mini kitchen (hot plate stove, dishes, cookware), clean. Great choice for a place to sleep when travelling with a budget in San Jose. Decent, free continental breakfast. Location is great, just off the 101 fwy, and shopping/eating/gas within 2 blocks. Would definitely...

Finding an affordable hotel with courtesy transportation to/from the airport is next to impossible in San Jose. The Granada Inn (Silicon Valley) does offer transportation TO the airport for a nominal fee. The hotel is a modest mixture of old and newer rooms. We stayed in a newer unit that was both clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated on...

Of course, not having an elevator is an automatic 2 star by most rating systems, but none the less this was a very good hotel. It was clean which is something 5 stars can't always boost about. The hotel is old and worn, but the bed and bathroom were fine. The kitchen was very small, but at least had a...

Courteous & helpful staff especially the manager; facilitated early check-in; clean & comfortable rooms; economical; breakfast menu could however be improved further through the inclusion of additional items..

Recently stayed here for a week and there were no issues. Room was clean, with small kitchen area with electric stove, oven and some utensils. TV has several channels. Room service was good and always available. Many restaurants are in walkable distance. Breakfast is okay. Overall a good experience.

The Granada Inn was clean, the staff was professional, and the price was amazing. It gets a slight downgrade due to the age of the building, but they are doing the best they can. I loved that the mattresses had an impermeable covering. They have great parking, a great location, and it's definitely worth your money.

To the people leaving bad reviews...it's a 2 Star hotel...not the Hiatt! If your an average, everyday person and you need a place to stay, in Silicon Valley, without killing your wallet, then this is for you. Clean, quaint rooms with updated security locks...a bargain compared to the other comparable hotels. If you're a hoity-toity, do not stay here!

Awesome stay, the breakfast is not that great because it's pretty basic but it does save you a few bucks in the morning by having their coffee and a muffin, fruit, toast or cereal. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and it had it's own little kitchen area with a mini fridge with plates and utensils...

Ok, we chose this hotel because it came highly rated, and for $150.00 on a Wednesday night, we did have higher expectations. It wasn't the cheapest hotel, but it did have the best ratings. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The furnishings were worn and very outdated. There was a kitchenette, fully stocked, very clean but very dated once again. However,...
