This is a reasonably priced hotel, not too far from downtown State St. Friendly staff, nice sized rooms. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but I'd give them a 7 out of 10. Good breakfast and awesome that they have Keurigs in the room! Nice Jacuzzi :).

We stayed as a family of 6 here last week. We had a two bedroom setup which was great to get the kids to bed earlier. Initial impressions were good. Reception was helpful and friendly. The rooms are pretty dated and the carpet really quite filthy. The bathroom was clean but again dated. They should try some floormats inside and... More

Very friendly service, clean and comfortable. Room had microwave, fridge, and safe. Can't beat the price and lots of eateries across the street or within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking in and out were smooth processes. The Lodge has exterior access to all rooms. The great news is an elevator will transport you and your luggage to the second floor. Great not having to heft luggage up and down stairs. The motel is clean and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms are larger than average. Complimentary breakfast goes beyond the... More

I enjoy staying at this hotel when working in Santa Barbara. Manissa was so helpful getting me checked in after a long day. I really wanted to recognize her hard work by writing this review. A great place to stay with very knowledgeable staff that offers great support at an affordable price.

I found this to be a fine motel. The front desk was super friendly checking in and out. The room was clean and provided decent bathroom amenities along with a coffee machine, hair dryer, plenty of cups and glasses, a microwave, small frig and flat screen tv. Parking was available close to my room. The complimentary breakfast had several bread choices,... More

I visited Santa Barbara CA with my cousin. This hotel was very nice, very clean and I felt safe! It is about 4-5 miles away from the beach, but the price was definitely right! Also, the staff is really nice and helpful. This place is a gem!

Couldn't get a hotel in the city center and found the Sandpiper Lodge at the last minute. Rooms are clean, super comfy beds, nice pool and hot tub. Location was great so decided to stay an extra night and use this as our base to travel along the coast. Very good value, free parking and nice breakfast included.

Beds were super comfortable. . Great location. Older motel style and could use some updates, but the price was right for the area. Not a great wifi connection which can be abit frustrating when you are travelling.

Clean, nice pool, and free breakfast. Staff very friendly highly recommend for a family stay, was as nice as recent stay in San Francisco except 100's of dollars less. Pool and jacuzzi very relaxing after long day (s) on the road.
