Stayed at this hotel for an end of summer getaway. Hotel was very clean and the hotel team was welcoming, helpful and kind. The rooms are small and European in feel, but are also nicely appointed and clean. The location cannot be beat and has awesome restaurants and bars surrounding its Funk Zone neighborhood. Steps to East Beach and short walk to the Harbor. Easy walking distance to shopping on state street. Love this hotel. Can’t wait to go back!

recently stayed at hotel this past weekend and loved it! Its really the location that makes this hotel so great, all attractions SB has to offer are walking distance. The restaurant next door is also so delicious! peppino margs!!! Room was small but I read what I was booking so there was no surprises! Plus the weather was so beautiful I did not spend much time in the room. Yes room was pricey but in general all of SB is. Would come back.

This hotel looked so cute and trendy online, but the reality was pretty different. The Rooms are very small and outdated. I ended up switching rooms because my first one wasn’t particularly clean, but then realized that seemed to be the case across all rooms. Just an old, musty smell and lots of dust, markings on the walls, etc. Reminds me of what renting a private room in a hostel has been like when traveling around Europe. Bathroom is very small, which is fine for me, but the shower is quite tight if you’re a normal height person. It was fine - it just seems really old and not well kept up to date. Seems to show a lot of wear and tear in the rooms. Not sure if I’d stay again.

You wont have a better location that Indigo SB. Sincerely, Luis Mendoza General Manager

Tiny rooms (look closely at the online pics), tiny gym—not even room for a yoga mat. Conference room full of boxes, business center full of bicycles. Air conditioning unit on wall blows directly onto bed. Coffee in the am along with those cheap, individually wrapped danishes. Great location, but seems like they’re just fully cashing in over being accommodating. These are supposed to be accommodations, right?

It's not often that you spend $300 for a room that you were really excited about and end up leaving in the night because you can't sleep. Artsy with polite staff, display scrambling as many rooms as it can. There isn't even an elevator. And the morning offers only a pot of coffee. Most disappointing for the lack of outside spaces (there were some patio like spots but they felt like they were on top of other(and the quality of air. The air conditioner appeared to be somewhat damaged. The air was moist and not even which made it very difficult to sleep. Masks were not required yet we were told our room was not cleaned after the first night because of Covid restrictions. Only if you stayed over two nights did you get your room made up. I did like the little library for a reading spot.
