I loved the location of this hotel, within a block of Stearn's Wharf, but also close enough to the hassle of State Street. It was close to the railroad tracks, but i never once heard the train, or any other disturbance. The staff was ver friendly and helpful, special thanks to Matthew who was very nice to us during our...

While people say the rooms are small this hotel has a wonderful location, great staff, is very dog friendly and very comfortable rooms. Our room had an outdoor patio which was perfect since we had our Golden Retriever with us. It is close to several of the Urban Wine Trail tasting rooms and close to the beach. I highly recommend...

Our second visit to Santa Barbara saw us stay for 3 nights at the hotel indigo. It's situated at the top of state street right next door to the train station so do expect some train noise . We didn't really find this a problem and we actually thought it added to the uniqueness of the place. It's an idea...

Great Staff! Matt B. Night "Concierge" made me feel like I was talking to the "Owner"! Night Valet Dylan was great as well he ran to my car to retrieve something left behind and delivered it super fast! Management knows who and how to hire. House keepers were nice too. Room impeccably prepared. Great job , team.

The rooms are tiny and I wouldn't spend more then two nights here if you ave two suit cases. This hotel is about location! It's a quick walk everywhere. 2 mins to the Funk Zone, 5 to the warf, the beach and State st. The room is Tiny and would be overpriced if not for the convenience. There is no...

We had an excellent stay at the hotel indigo Santa Barbara. The rooms are very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a great location for both the beach front and the funk zone, both within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a pod or micro hotel at best - or a dorm or steerage cruise cabin at worst. - it is not a real hotel. The room had one Queen bed and barely enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was tiny - the shower was a drain in the floor you had to swing a glass...

Having enjoyed staying at Indigo hotels several times we were looking forward to our experience here. Sadly it did not live up to our expectations. The room was almost entirely occupied by the very large bed. This meant that it was difficult for the two of us to move around the room while packing/unpacking etc. There was no fridge or...

When you check in to a hotel, and find earplugs included wth the toiletries, in my experience this is not a good sign. This hotel is two buildings joined by a connecting structure. As of this writing, both buildings are being partially renovated. The building which fronts on State Street has a restaurant going in, and the "back" building, which...
