First time stay at Franciscan Inn from 04/28/17-04/30/7. Very friendly and helpful staffs. I got the manager room, or suite room. Very spacious and super clean with living room, kitchen, very comfy bedroom and super nice and clean bathroom. Location is great-Walking distance to beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants. Very nice and clean pool. Serene atmosphere. I got $10 discount...

Great room and very comfortable. Only complaint was the shower curtain was cloth material so a lot of water spilled onto the whole bathroom. Other than that very happy with our stay. Bed was very comfortable and location of hotel was good for downtown and pier activities.

As soon as I arrived LA after stayed in Francisco Inn, Santa Barbara and unpacked I realized that the items were missing then remembered that I left a shopping bag of 2 brand new Ted Baker shirts. I immediately called the hotel and able to talk to the manager who said will check with the housekeeping and contact me back....

We had been recommended to this hotel but it wasn't really to our liking. For one thing, we didn't get the room we had booked, some facilities were not present although we were still billed the price of the better room. Although other reviewers have called this a quiet place we found that the single-pane windows let a lot of...

We stayed at the Franciscan Inn recently for four nights in one of the one bedroom suites. We enjoyed having the extra space to spread out. The room was comfortable with nice touches including good window blinds. The property was charming and looked well-maintained. The location is great--close to the harbor. There were two sets of washers and dryers in...

We've stayed here before and will return. Great location...walked to the pier, to Sambo's for breakfast and to Enterprise Fish Company for dinner. Roomy and upscale furnishings. Cookies when we checked in...yum! We stayed in a downstairs King room and the next week in a downstairs suite with queen bed. There was a lovely fountain right outside our room...very soothing....

Nice little quiet hotel only a few blocks from the beach. Breakfast area was under construction so we were provided $10 per person at Sambos, a great little restaurant. Internet service was spotty. Nice pool and hot tub.

I thought it's a kinda B&B, but seems not because it doesn't serve breakfast. Instead they give a USD10 coupon to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant. location is good, only a few steps to the beach. Hotel is good, quite quiet. Check in and out are fast. Ben working in the front desk is super nice and helpful. Cookies...

Short overnight stay and intend to return for longer time. Pool was nice. Easy access to State street and beach and restaurants. Reasonable and enjoyable. Would like to thank the staff and friendly cleaning employees for their assistance.

We were enroute to a wedding in El Centro decided to visit Santa Barbara. Nothing booked so on arrival we checked out a few places comparing prices etc. The Franciscan Inn turned out to be our choice and boy did we select well. Place spotless, staff ever so friendly and the location to the beach couldn't be better, stayed 2...

“Our family of 4 stayed in both a double/double ( one night) and a double queen ( two nights), due to availability. Surprisingly, I found I preferred the double/double. The room seemed more spacious/ especially well laid out and the double beds seemed to accommodate us just fine.”
