Small, quaint and absolutely charming boutique style hotel just south of Santa Barbara in coastal Montecito. Our King Bed Room was clean, clean clean and the bedding was oh so soft and comfy. Bathroom was a bit small but again, clean and recently upgraded while still preserving its original 1928 charm. LOVED the complementary fresh brewed Organic Coffees and the...

The guest room and hotel overall were charming, well maintained and luxurious. The bathroom in the guest room was not updated and not well maintained. They had complimentary water, coffee and tea around the clock, as well as coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, breakfast bars and pastries for breakfast - all of these was much appreciated. The housekeeping staff were...

This is a very nice place to stay. The Montecito Inn's rooms are not the largest but the character of the place more than makes up for this. The only qualification is the proximity to the highway (101). Overall the Inn offers great value.

Don't plan on shutting the bathroom door when on the commode. Bathroom is built for very very small people. Elevator must be used with both hand free to protect yourself form harm. Make sure you ask if the room has a desk if you need to do work. Will only stay there again if the local camp ground is full.

Charming hotel, staff very helpful and wonderful location. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms included lots of little extras to help our stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was an added plus as they had just the right options available.

We stopped over for one night. Extremely pleasant staff. The room was small, but we expected no more. Very cute place with small extra things that made the stay nicer - free coffee and tea 24 hours a day, newspapers in the lobby in the morning, a fire place, free bikes + helmets + bike locks, and a gym. Felt...

Had absolutely no complaints! Room was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Hotel is located in a prime area of Montecito with restaurants, walks and fun shops. Will be coming back soon for another getaway.

Poor value for the price. Required Valet parking made it difficult to have access to our car. Location was good for walking and there were many options for restaurants and beach was within a short walk

Dear Patricia, I am a bit surprised by your review considering you did extend your reservation for an additional evening. You did inform us that you wished to upgrade your room to one with a view; however, there's no mention of any issues with the size of the rooms you were accommodated in. Also, we do not require our guests...

Montecito Inn is a warm and friendly hotel. It's a feeling like being at home. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This hotel is ideal if you are visiting Westmont college. We certainly will be returning.
