Stayed three nights for a business conference. First class treatment by staff and excellent banquet and reception service. Charming historic hotel with all the modern amenities. Lovely private pool and whirlpool.
My husband and I enjoyed our five night stay. We dined at some restaurants nearby, walked down to the beach and shopped at the boutiques in Montecitto. The pool and jacuzzi we’re also nice, although there was some feeeway noise. We slept really well on their comfortable king bed.
The Montecito Inn provided outstanding personnel and charming rooms for our business meeting. Emily Marsh, the Group Reservations Manager and Events Coordinator was devoted to making our conference a success. Great food and drink, iconic location.
The Montecito Inn is a beautiful old (1920s) hotel in Montecito, which is now an upscale celebrity preserve adjacent to the city of Santa Barbara. Service at the hotel is attentive and the rooms are comfortable, although the walls are little thin. The hotel restaurant is superb but pricey. Unfortunately, breakfast is not available within the hotel, although there are places to eat within a few blocks. Excellent high-end shopping is available within a few minutes walk.
We had a small conference at Montecito Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food quality in restaurant was great. Staff was accommodating to special dietary requirements and needs. They delivered a sale to a room when a meeting was required in the room.
Staff were all very friendly. Restaurant had good food and a great bar. Nearby lots of shopping and other bars and restaurants. Close to Santa Barbara and a number of beaches. Catering for our group was well done and meeting room was very nice.
Well located in the heart of Montecito and around the corner from the Four Seasons. Walk up and down Coast Village Road for a bite at many quaint eateries or check out one of many unique shops. Staff was efficient and friendly and we loved the fine details throughout the inn. We experienced a little road noise at night so ask for a quiet, off the road room.
We loved our stay at this little hotel which was clean and welcoming. Pool was nice, we used the fitness room and had dessert and drinks in the bar. Location is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and is in the heart of shopping and lovely restaurants abound nearby.
The staff did there best to be accommodating and make up for any errors that were made. They allowed us to check in early which was beyond helpful. The hotel itself is another story. The room had no ventilation, the bathroom was so small that we barely fit when trying to use the toilet. The water pressure was nonexistent. In the evening, there was NO HOT WATER. The furniture was broken and the outlets did not work.
I love this hotel - history, service, cleanliness, location to restaurants and shops and the ocean! The hotel is very comfortable - insulated from freeway and train noise - and perfect for a nice getaway!
