We were here just a few weeks after the Scherpa Fire. Had a fantastic experience nonetheless. The pool was small and not as clean as I'd like (pH was off), but the grounds and Canyon were fantastic. Movie night in he park was a great surprise, as was concert night in the canyon. We will definitely be back soon!

It was our first visit to this nicely maintained RV park. We were on the journey up the coast and wanted a few relaxing days before going home in Nor Cal. Ocean Mesa was ideal. The amenities were noticeably better then your typical RV park. The pool and jacuzzi are spacious. The campsites have nice tables and firepits. The convenience... More

This RV and tent campground is about 20 miles due west of downtown Santa Barbara, across the 101 freeway from El Capitan State Beach, on the hillside. This park is well maintained with a nice pool. All the facilities are in very good condition. It is expensive though, $100/night with a 3 night minimum in summertime. The beach is about... More

Our friends invited us to go camping with them and they picked this location. Loved the camp sites. Very clean bathrooms, great kids play area and swimming pool. The little market on site was pricey, so we drove to out to get a few things we forgot to bring. Overall a good place for families to camp.

Very clean and well run RV park. Pricey but a great place to stay on the way up the California coast. There is a small store on site and a market/restaurant a short walk down the rather steep hill. The hookups were in great condition.

Ocean Mesa gives you the best of both worlds - convenience/comfort with outdoors/nature. There is a small store with general sundries, the fanciest "campground" bathroom you'll ever use, a heated pool, spa, and nice views. There are only a few sites that truly have ocean views, even though the sites are called "ocean premium". Since the campground is above the... More

Although this RV park wasn't the best fit for a retired couple it was easy to see how amazing it would be for families with children of all ages. The pool opens early and stays open until 10 PM. Lots of noise, lots of activity between the pool and kids riding bikes and playing. Also lots of wood smoke from... More

Camped here solo for 2 nights. Rangers were friendly and helpful. Safe, quiet, sites well spaced with enough shrubs and trees for some privacy. The beach is a step away with several little coves. Walk north and see sea lions sunning themselves on the rocks. Can't wait to head back this spring!

In the summer the price is an outrageous $125. In winter it's $95, which is what we paid. That's the most we've EVER paid by a long shot. Some sites do have a bit of ocean view from far away, but from many the view is the RV next to you. "Ocean view from every site" is misleading advertising. Very... More

Very clean facilities and a good place for kids. Had a nice heated pool and jacuzzi, a playground and big grassy area, as well as a great trail to hike on to a close by farm with lamas, goats, sheep, and a donkey. The little convenient store was nice to have in case you forgot any of your necessities or... More
