When we first arrived we had to ring a bell for the manager. He took a long time getting down to us to check in. He did not realize we were getting two rooms even though I had reserved on line. Got straightened out. There are coffee pots in the office so you would figure in the morning we could... More

We arrived quite late but received a warm welcome and it didn't take forever to get to our room. The room itself was really nice for the price and the bed was super comfy after driving all day. We were given vouchers for breakfast and had a really decent meal for a small extra price - set us up for... More

We stayed here 2 nights. The bedroom is spacious, clean, and the beds comfortable. We were in the building closest to the highway. (There are 3 buildings, with he 3rd one back close to the ocean.) Our room was quiet but you could still hear the ocean in the distance, which was great. You get a food coupon for the... More

Room was big, comfortable and clean. bathroom adequate, shower but no bath. Dated bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. Fridge and microwave. Bed was very comfy. Notice on door said office open 2pm onwards but we were there at 1.50pm, called the phone number it said to call and still no one arrived. At 2.30pm and 3... More

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Beach is behind the hotel. Front desk person made no secret of preferring European guests to American guest, I found that to be a bit insulting. Area is very rural and nothing is open past eight PM. There are a few restaurants close by, but again, they close at 8PM. Breakfast was not much to... More

Booked our room through Priceline Express Deals. Our room was mediocre but Ok for one night. They provide a voucher for a continental breakfast at the Cavalier restaurant down the road. Better quality than if the hotel had provided breakfast but we had to walk there and wait to be seated.

Arrived late. Not a problem the man on the front desk was lovely. Really quick and friendly. Room was large and clean. Maybe a little old but suited our needs perfectly. Place to put our head for one night and was great. Would happily return.

We stayed here overnight for an early morning tour of Hearst Castle. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided recommendations on where to eat and what to do on our night there. We stayed in a nicely sized first floor room, but the bathroom was in dire need of renovations. There were mildew stains in the ceiling and... More

I cannot say that it was very cheap considering that it is a Motel. There are many motels/ hotels on the same strip - I would rather go for other location. Even it states that breakfast is included - they give you only $4 per person to the closest restaurant which will definitely charge you at least $15 per person... More
