Shane and Amanda the onsite managers were really nice and caring people. They went above and beyond to extend a very hospitable feel to our stay. Also, the grounds and bathroom facilities were perfect. It was clean and well stocked. The store is large and had so many items. Higher priced than a Walmart, but it IS right on site....

Should have read the other reviews before booking. Most of the sites are narrow and short. Would only come back if I could get on of the FOUR pull throughs. Difficult time backing in my 28 foot trailer. No place to park the truck after getting the trailer in. Neighbor in back of us was only an arms length away....

It's nice to feel part of a community when camping, but not to the point that your awning is almost on top of someone else, and the person behind you can see in your back window whilst they are eating breakfast outside. One camper took 40 minutes to back in. Place would have been a nightmare in a large vehicle....

We stayed here for 5 nights. At the time of booking, we listed our rig as 40 ft. We were given one of their "large" back in sites..... It fit the 5th wheel, but we had to park our truck 2 blocks away as it wouldn't fit in the site. When the weekend was over and all the other campers...

We rocked up after a long day exploring the coast from LA. Such a beautiful drive.... We cooked dinner and had time to enjoy the spa. For me the pool was too cold but the kids jumped in. A quiet place, considering its location. Residents were friendly and really happy to chat to some Aussies. First thing we did in...

Rude people and down right DIRTY cabin rentals !! Nasty !! My wife and I decided to stay here when taking the daughter to Cal Poly SLO to start college. Got all checked in and found out none of the Park Models had air conditioning. The lady kinda laughed and said there are fans in the windows! In the morning,...

We stayed here for one night of our 2 week tour. It was fine, but further from the beach than we expected. We enjoyed the sign posted nature trail nearby. The restrooms were okay, plenty of showers which was good. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only grumble..the wifi was useless. Spent 3 hours trying to book an...

Not the usual KOA. Rude office staff and too many people at campsites. Never coming here again. There is a wonderful farmers market nearby with great things to see and do. Avila beach is busy and you can drive in the pier and buy fresh fish . Lots of activity under the pier with the sea lions and more.

Spent 2 days at this campground in a travel trailer. It is well located campground, close to the beach and shopping. The campground has very small spaces, very crowded, hard to get into and out of due to tight spaces. Had full hookups that were okay. Restrooms were poor, with entry lock being broken both days we were there, several...

We stayed here for the first time over the weekend for two nights. The resort is in a beautiful location close to alot of activities but the resort itself is very dated. The RV spaces are very very close together and they are entirely gravel. Many do not have picnic tables. The pool area was old but well kept however...
