A boutique hotel and restaurant serving farm-to-table dishes inspired by Spanish cuisine. The hotel includes 17 rooms: 3 Classic, 10 Deluxe, and 4 Suites with balconies. The design exposes the raw elements of the original 1920's building. Each well-appointed room features original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, antique Persian rugs, original artwork and the finest textiles. They are 100% non-smoking and offer air-conditioning, LCD flat-screen TVs, and bath products by C&O Bigelow and Kiki de Montoarnasse. Also included in the rate is a complimentary Linus Bikes for touring the area. Granada is situated in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo, making it easy for guests to enjoy a wide range of activities including wine tasting, hiking through the lush countryside, a day at the beach, golfing, or strolling downtown shops and restaurants. The world famous Farmers Market is located one block from the hotel, and is held every Thursday night. Oprah Winfrey and National Geographic recently named this ‘the happiest city in America’.

The Granada is a hip little boutique hotel in the middle of quaint downtown San Luis Obispo. Numerous restaurants and shops can be found just outside the front door, and there's also a pretty happening bar and bistro on the ground floor. The hotel has some cool design quirks and is definitely unique in many ways. The room wasn't huge, but had a very comfortable king bed and all of the customary amenities you'd expect. The shower was great and the wi-fi reception was quite good. Complimentary breakfast items are available on the second floor where you'll find a litlle loung and a veranda overlooking the street. The only negative worth mentioning was a strange abundance of mosquitos in certain areas, especially on the second floor in the lounge area. Aside from that, I'd definitely stay here again when in SLO and would receommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is a true European experience in downtown San Luis Obispo. It was so well run, clean and provided an excellent customer experience. The rooms are simple and well designed, free happy hour on the guests only patio and bikes to rent to ride around town. If you like small, boutique style hotels, you will not be disappointed.

On a bike ride. Had our bikes shipped here for the start. Hotel staff were awesome. Store the bikes till we arrived. Helped get them into an area where we could assemble them. Most accommodating. Rooms are cool. Great coffee in the morning. Awesome location in the heart of everything.

I surprised my wife with a Valentine's Weekend here, and the two of us loved everything about the hotel. The rooms come stocked with high-end treats, gigantic showers, and a cute balcony to hang out on. We dined in the bistro and were treated to delicious food and great wine paring recommendations. We didn't have a chance to go to Nightcap (the bar next to the lobby) but will definitely check it out during our next stay. This hotel is on the pricier side, but worth the money.
