This is right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to everything! It’s a quaint restored boutique hotel and I really loved its charm. It was really comfortable and the balcony overlooking the street was great

I just got back from my first stay at Granada Hotel & Bistro. I was in SLO moving my son into Cal Poly and we had a wonderful experience. This charming little hotel is a real winner. The manager, Braden, and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We arrived amidst an historic heat wave and Braden was incredibly apologetic that the air conditioner had a hard time battling the record heat. He quickly had a giant fan and a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered to my room. It made all the difference. The room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We met another family for dinner at the Bistro and Jacob, the waiter was fabulous. The food was delicious and abundant (highly recommend the friend chicken and the yellowtail). The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of downtown. I will be visiting my son as often as he will have me and I will definitely be staying here.

We were here for one night during move in at CP. The beautiful pictures do not do this hotel justice- you really need to experience it for yourself. From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a glass of rose by Braden to having a delicious breakfast delivered to our door by Hope, we adored all aspects of our stay. The location is great, easy parking, comfy bed, well-appointed room, great shower and amenities. Such a gem!!

My husband and I recently took a road trip through California. We spent one night at this unexpected gem in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo. The rooms are tiny but so charming with every necessary amenity and more. We dined in the adjoining bistro. It was outside dining only due to Covid restrictions. The food was great and the ambiance on the patio was just as lovely as the rest of the hotel. If you are looking for something a bit different and unexpected, we highly recommend The Granada Hotel and Bistro.

I chose the Granada for a two-night visit to SLO and could not have been happier with my choice. The historic building is impeccably well maintained, my room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and every member of the staff that I interacted with was beyond friendly and helpful. I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was divine. I really can't say enough good things about my experience at this hotel! Choose it for your next visit and you won't be disappointed.
