We were hoping for a state of the art mineral springs /spa experience. But several aspects of your operation were not what we are wanting: chlorine(!) added to the water in a"mineral springs spa experience", staff being friendly but without any motivation to explain things (such as if we should wait for the bellman, where we would get the new...

We came up to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. It had been recommended by a friend. Right away I was impressed by the staff. Sugar answered all my questions and even offers suggestions on how to make our stay more enjoyable (she had Isabella fill up our tub while we were at dinner and brought us two champagne glasses). Parking was...

The staff was nice and friendly. The grounds were beautiful. For the quality we received, it was overrated by at least $100 to $150 per night. The shower was extremely slippery, causing several slips and slides, fortunately no falls. The shower heads didn't function properly and the shower water was at best warm, mostly cold. The cleaning services slow and...

It was a nice and relaxing stay. The front desk attendants were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hike right in the back yard led up to an amazing view and I would definitely do it again.

My fiancé surprised me by popping the question here on their sycamore trail overlooking the ocean. He then led me down to the resort where he had reserved a Villa suite. When I walked in there were rose petals on the floor leading to the bedroom and on top of the bed. There was also chocolate covered strawberries and champagne...

My husband and I stayed at Sycamore MS Resort for two nights. We feel we took advantage of much of what the resort and surrounding areas have to offer. We rented bikes from the resort and rode to nearby Avila Beach. We drove to San Luis Obispo for shopping, lunch, and beer tasting. We played out by the resort pool....

It was fantastic to hear what a lovely stay you had and that you enjoyed your suite and mineral spring hot tub. (I will check into those couch pillows, however). We truly appreciate your outstanding review.
