The Westin San Jose has a vintage charm and ideal location right in the heart of the City. The front desk and Valet service was exceptionally helpful and friendly I love the valet services that allow you to text for your car like this hotel and the San Jose Marriott across the street. The room was smallish but that comes...

The good thing of the hotel is, that it is directly in the city center. You can reach various restaurants and bars without driving. The executive loung is ok. The breakfast is very good but the dinner is just ok. Most of the time the food was empty or just some small rest remaining. The lounge is definitely to small...

Our first time staying in a Westin and we absolutely loved it. We enjoyed the junior suite. Customer service was wonderful and our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was heavenly and we could not have asked for a better stay. We will be sticking with the Westin chain for future travels.

I'm so sad that I ever considered staying here while attending a special event at the convention center. My company booked a room for multiple nights and upon check in their system wouldn't recognize my valid credit card (with $18,000+ worth of credit on it). Left me standing at the font desk till well after midnight while they ran and...

This is a very pretty, historic hotel in Downtown San Jose (it used to be the Saint Claire). The rooms are small but works fine for business travelers. The hotel is in a great location and you can walk anywhere from it. My only issues: 1) there was a lot of maintenance on the hotel elevators during my stay. I...

Hotel is very nice. Restaurant is very nice. Valet parking: check. Hot location: check. Pool: no check. For the price, and location I would expect a pool and hotel bar other than the restaurant bar. Not much of an ambiance. Room is nice and clean. Next time in town I will try across the street Marriott. They seem to have...

I stayed for 3 nights at the Westin San Jose for a business trip, extended for the final night to spend with my husbad to celebrate his birthday with a extravagant dinner at nearby 3 Michelin star restaurant, Manresa. My SNAs went through for a Studio Suite about 5 days prior to arrival. Fortunately, since I was planning to celebrate...

The Westin in San Jose, California, is in the building was formerly the Sainte Claire Hotel. The architecture is quite interesting, with six sides to the building. Westin has done an excellent job in renovating the hotel, opening in 2015 (after Hyatt's renovation back in the early 1990s). Consequently, one experiences the "old grandeur" atmosphere with newly updated and decorated...

We stayed here because it was close to a concert venue where we were seeing a concert. This hotel is located in downtown San Jose. It is within walking distance to museums, theaters, and SAP Center. The room was clean but small. Well appointed. However, parking is $39/daily. And it is ONLY valet. And when we were there, only one...

There is nothing inherently wrong with the hotel itself. A historic hotel known at the Sainte Claire for most of its history, the place is very charming and has the 1920s grand hotel charm. The public spaces and the rooms were all well decorated and in good condition. Again nothing to complain about. Many rooms look into a central courtyard...
