Honestly, this place is not that great. My shower was so dirty I did not even want to go inside. The tile was pretty nasty looking there was mildew on the ceiling and the shower head itself looked like it wanted to break in any second. Plus they barely give you towels and when you ask for more they say they can only give you a few at a time. When we checked in the lady was pretty now you can tell its been a long day, she gave me the key and charged me an extra 10 dollars for my cousin to stay in my room even though I payed extra money for the couch pull out bed and in the description it says the room sleeps 4... but there was only three of us. Any way here is the worst part.... There is no parking !!!!! you have to find a parking garage to stay in which the closes one two blocks down!!! so hope you are ready to leave your car somewhere sketchy and be 2 blocks away from it and also have to haul your stuff all the way there and all the way back. They offer you tickets to buy there at a discount but I purchased one and could not get my car out told me I had an Invalid ticket. So i had to purchase another on on top of that one to get my car out for the day. Mind you Parking garaged don't let you go in and out so if you leave for the day you need to be out all day and when you come back expect to stay in or you will need to pay another 28 bucks to come back into the garage. This was the worst experience I had i feel like I probably would have gotten better treatment at a motel 6 or something. Also, The so called breakfast include is a gas station muffin a small box of orange juice and a apple. I could have spent less money to pay for across the street that had parking and no breakfast if I would have know that what I would have gotten. My boyfriend is 6'4 and 200+ pounds hat was not a breakfast that was a snack. Lastly, Because it was new years they sent out an email telling me no parting which is okay I understand but there was literally people partying in the halls and for most of the night there was this drunk lady across the way banging her head onto he door I swear it felt like all night. Apparently they would not let her back inside the room so just got frustrated sat and the floor and did that to them. Mind you this is not the hotels fault it began to be their fault when I complains and no one comes and tells them to stop or leave.... So much for a waiver. I find it ironic that they are great at communicating this and not that there is NO PARKING. …
Would definitely stay there again. My first choice when staying in the area. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, room was very clean, lots to do within walking distance. We had a lot of fun and it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I've traveled a lot!
No parking and got charged $30. To park 2 blocks away. Room was very cold, TV would not turn off had to unplug in order to get some sleep and the shower drain backup with water so I was bathing in dirty water. VERY GROSS!!
I had the rudest customer service from a women who worked the afternoon shift at the end it was worked out I'm assuming because my next visit was waaay better then the 1st.i appreciate the acknowledgement
Short walk from the convention center. Our room was on the trolley track side so a little noisy during the day but we were typically only in the room at night. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance.
