The people in the room next door to us partied every night, all night (there was a rave in town). Despite complaining about their behavior and despite being promised that every warning was the last for this group otherwise it would be kicked out, they were never moved. They offered to give us a different room but I don't understand...

Our window leaked, the carpet was soggy, and the mildew smell was so strong we had to leave the door open when we were in the room. They were slow to respond. Extremely noisy between drunk neighbors waking us up coming in at 3am- to sirens and street noise waking us up multiple times - it wasn't a restful time....

Horrible was very disappointed. We will never stay here again. The rooms were under water the breakfast was not accommodating. The check in process was very slow and disappointing and people kept us up until 4am in the morning.

This is my second review of this hotel. My earlier visit was 2 years ago. This time I had a room on 9th floor. The room quality has degraded (probably worn out due to time). The room was damp. It seemed some of the rain seeped into the room as the carpet along the window side was wet. The only...

Very nice hotel in downtown San Jose. Located in walking distance to all restaurants and bars. Total recommend staying here but be ready to pay $30 to park. That's crazy and the only reason why I didn't give value a 5!

Was surprised at our really good stay at the Hyatt. Booked it because of the brand name and convenient location. The check-in was painless, staff friendly (gave us water bottles), room spacious and very comfortable. Stayed on the fourth floor and it was quiet. The front desk person said she was giving us a room away from the Light Rail....

This hotel was a short walk to the convention center. It was only a couple of blocks to most nice eateries, shopping, and downtown events. The hotel had a nice breakfast (real plates and silverware, as well as good food choices). As with most Hyatt Place hotels they had a nice bar with bar food. NO room service -- order...
