An exceptional experience. Our sit out balcony room was worth the extra expense. The notes of a classical Spanish guitar filtered up from the interior courtyard and my husband and I shared a romantic dance and a beautiful room service meal in total open-air privacy amongst the bougainvilleas.

The hotel itself is very accessible. If you’re sensitive to perfumes, be advised that it will be strong as soon as you step out of the elevator. The valet was quick and easy to obtain your car. The concierge was helpful; Nathaniel went above and beyond checking in our guests for the wedding until the next day when we had to get our belongings at the boardroom. The Housekeeping was also amazing! Thank you for the hardwork. We had my sister’s wedding reception and Elizabeth, the director of catering services secured the premises and blocked off certain areas. She and her team were quick and efficient. Lastly, Elizabeth, the director of catering services is superb. Consider this hotel for your wedding reception needs.

Hotel Valencia was absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool and the rooftop lounge. In room dining for breakfast was so good!! Judy was such a kind host and wonderful front desk agent. She truly made our trip memorable. and we’ll be back again! Thanks so much!

Beautiful property conveniently located at Santana Row. Rooms are luxurious, quiet. Beds are comfortable with a long desk area for plenty of space to organize belongings and work if needed. Bathroom is very nice and has a magnifying make up mirror.

From the moment I arrived I had nothing but a perfect experience at Hotel Valencia. Joslyn and Nathaniel at the Front Desk, Row & Kevin in the V Bar, Mark in Valet and Erwin from Room Service all were incredibly kind and welcoming. My room had an incredible view of Santana Row with two Juliette balconies, the bathroom was very spacious with great water pressure in the shower and an amazing deep tub which was my personal favorite. There’s lots of shopping and cool little areas to check out all within walking distance from the hotel. I highly recommend checking out their restaurant, V Bar and their rooftop bar Cielo!

A magical experience! Excellent premises, very attentive stuff, comfortable room, and surroundings with a myriad of activities available. The best part are the rooftop swimming pool and spa, the Oveja Negra restaurant’s courtyard, and the Cielo bar at the backyard terraces.

Fantastic location for a relaxing weekend. Central to great food and base for day trips to wineries, the shore, and trips through the mountains for scenic drives. Attentive and friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Felt safe to park the car in the nearby garage. Highly recommend for couples looking to getaway.
