We hap purchased Sharks tickets and needed a place for the night since we live over 2 hours away. Since the Arena Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and complimentary parking, they fit the bill. We arrived a bit before 3pm but the room was ready. The room was large and spacious. There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Since...

My kids and I stayed here for one night as it has a great location for going to the SAP Center. The lobby is nice and the service was friendly, however the room was awful. I was not expecting much, but the carpet was stained everywhere and dirty as well. The bathroom had a cracked toilet seat, rust stains throughout...

The location was great! About a 5-min walk to the SAP Center. Plus, there is a whole foods store between the hotel and the hockey rink. There's also a brewery above the store, so you can stop by on your way to Sharks games for a quick bite and brew.

Good location from the SAP Center, with in walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious. Good for an overnight stay. Overall the hotel has a warm quite atmosphere. There are nice little shops near by, next door is a CVS.

We stayed here last weekend for one night. We went to a shark game it was walking distance. The rooms were ok I wasn't expecting nothing too nice from the reviews but it was cheaper then other places. The breakfast was a major disappointment. I wasn't expecting much but it was pretty bad. The orange juice even was watered down....

The hotel is a tad run down. The carpeting could use to be replaced and the bed was creaky. That being said, if we ever come back to the SAP center we will definitely stay here again. The location and staff far outweighed the outdated decor.

This hotel is a little older and you can tell by the smell of the place. It doesn't smell bad, just old. But it does have it's charm. There is a large, wide staircase by the front desk that makes the place seem quite sophisticated. The room I had was very large and had a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom....

Every time my favorite band comes to San Jose, I manage to book a room. Ea ch stay has been a pleasant experience. I loved the "grand hotel" ambiance, and the staff was attentive and gracious. Sure, the carpet in the hallway may have been loose indr spots and it may have been noisy at night, but the jacuzzi was...

Our sole purpose for our visit to San Jose was going to a Sharks game, so this hotel was very much worth it. It is within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to SAP Center, and it's proximity to other amenities AND Downtown San Jose was that much more of a compliment to our stay. We did not need to...

Unless you really need to save the extra dollars to stay somewhere else, and unless you're happy to bring earplugs and still have to drive or catch an Uber/taxi to your conference in San Jose, then you should just stay somewhere else. The staff are indifferent, the rooms dated, crumbling, and very, very noisy - you'll be woken on the...
