After spending too many hours on the highway and the kids got more and more cranky we tried three motels before finally reaching this motel. Quite friendly guy in the reception that tried to give me good tourist tips. The room was not that great...some smelly spray had been over used, though the TV worked, the showers had been exchanged...

I have travelled the US for both business and pleasure and never experienced such a demeaning and humiliating encounter at the hands of a hotel Night Manager! As a party of eight. Five adults, Three infants. We booked through an agent in Australia, three non smoking double rooms. I was totally appalled, each room reeked of tobacco and marijuana smoke,...

I Have Actually Stayed At This Hotel Plenty Of Times... And It Isn't The Best Area For Sure But The Hotel Its Self Isn't As Bad As Everyone Says. Its Actually Not Ran By The Same People Anymore. And The New Management Has Really Cleaned The Place Up A Whole Lot. The Rooms Have Been Redone, The Majority Of The...

First we had trouble finding the Inn! Parking lot and sign poorly lit! And when we found a place that dump that made us feel unsafe just stopping there! Avoid this place if not not already high on drugs!

This place deserves zero stars. Easily the WORST hotel I've EVER been to, along with ZERO customer service. Now for the story to go along with it... I made my reservation through American Express to stay for two nights. Ended up having to cancel one night. Called Amex to do so, since you can't go directly through the hotel. I...

We were just in the room having a relaxing afternoon and all of a sudden someone just barged right in. They didn't even knock on the door or announced who they were. The one night stay is becoming a embarrassing nervous stay. Just wanted to relax and feel safe.

My boyfriend and I were attending Crush at the NOS center and booked this hotel because it was walking distance to the event. From the minute we pulled into the parking lot we knew something was up. The hotel is backed up to the freeway behind an abandoned building--which is creepy--but the most unsettling part was the group of sketch...

So I didn't want to book this hotel after all the reviews I read. A friend of mine booked it himself without talking to me and I went along with it. It's located behind an abandoned Denny's that seems to attract a lot of sketchy looking folks. The tub had two big chips that were rusting over and slowly becoming...

Although it was cheap, I would never ever spend any amount of money to sleep here in the future. We had read the negative reviews after booking and remained optimistic. Unfortunately upon checking in at 8pm there were numerous downfalls: 1) Room was not clean with someone else's leftovers in the fridge 2) All countertops sticky with drink rings 3)...
