The staff and rooms were nice but the rooms are kind of too small. The second time I stayed there, the maid accused me of stealing a pillow and refused to clean my room until I found the pillow. She was unpleasant. The third and last time I stayed there, they gave me a room that wasn't clean at all and I checked in at 5p.m. I wont be going back because the service gets worse on every next visit. And its in a bad drug/prostitute infested area. And the swimming pool is still not available after 2 years. Thank You Pamela Cowans

Rooms are dirty. Front office at night didn't know what they were doing. Room was prepaid the girl said she couldn't find our reservation so we had to pay a higher rate for the same room which was dirty.

I stayed for two nights with my boyfriend since I was in the area for a festival. It actually seemed like most of the hotel was booked by ravers as well. I just needed a place to sleep in, so i'll list my pros and cons. Pros: 1.Being inside the hotel was safe. The only way you can get in is by putting in your room key so the door can open to enter the reception area (however this makes it hard to check in because you have to wait for someone to open the door for you). 2. The room was clean. The sheets were clean, the carpet was clean, the bathroom was pretty clean too. We didn't experience any issues, but we met a couple that checked in and once they got into the room they had to go back to reception because the room was still dirty. 3.We didn't really have to deal with the staff, except for the girl who checked us in and she was okay, didn't look too excited to be working. 4. The hotel is right next to an in n out so....definitely a plus!!! Lol 5. Wifi was free and fast! Cons: 1.The bed is kind of small. 2. The lighting in the room (at least in mine) was not great, it felt dark. 3. Theres no black curtains that cover the sunlight from hitting you in the face in the morning. It was super bright by 7am so it was hard to sleep after that. 4. The phone didnt work, but I didn't report it because I didn't really need it so it was not a big deal. 5. There aren't really any blankets in the beds....it was mainly the bed sheet and some weird of uncomfortable cover. It wasn't much of an issue because the nights were warm so we didn't really need blankets. 6. The is only one ice machine and one vending machine in the hotel, and it's in the first floor. My room was in the 3rd floor so it was a little annoying having to go all the way down to get water/snacks/ice. Also, there are no ice buckets in the room?? This hotel is perfect for you if you are just needing a place to sleep in. I wouldn't recommend it for a getaway kind of thing. I feel like I got what I paid for. Also something interesting was that theres a sign at reception that says that check in is at 2pm (on their website it says 3pm). The sign also says that no visitors are allowed. Overall, it was better than I had expected it to be.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfy.... Its actually like stepping into a much nicer neighborhood, considering the elements outside... That being said, I was happy with my stay there. So much so that I stayed an extra night. And have returned to the motel since. In the area it is definitely our number one choice!
