The "manager" has a major attitude problem(s). She will use anything to not give you your deposit back. She will roll her eyes at you, yell at you, she owns the hotel (privately owned) so she feels/ knows she can get away with anything. Worst customer service. One of the Worst experiences ever

I don’t even know where to start. From the minute I got there I was afraid my car was going to be broken into. I understand that you get what you pay for, but I stayed in the room for all of 20 minutes before I decided to take the $60 loss and go find a Hilton. Something is going on, because this place has more positive reviews on Hotwire and trip adviser than it should. I was disgusted. There were junkies everywhere, and my window had no blinds, and was boarded from the outside. I've never seen anything like it. The other side of the window was a storage closet, and there was a crack under the board that I felt like someone was watching me through. Someone else complained about literally the same exact room on yelp a week before I stayed there. How do you let a week go by with something like that and not fix it? Like something out of a horror movie. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else.

My cousin and I came here for the Kid Rock concert.... I’ll TRY to narrow it down but it won’t even touch the surface (thank God.... don’t touch anything! ). I think the pictures speak for themselves… But it was just so rude and unprofessional from the beginning! Not one towel in our room and no pillow cases! No kleenex in the empty dispenser.... lights and TV not working.....Sheets stained.... called the front desk and ask for the manager… He was nice and that you wanted to give me a bit of a discount… But I said that the vet please take a look at this room! .... he said they are all this way... new owners and they haven’t done anything.... homeless people out front that obviously wouldn’t want to stay here either! We dealt with it but had to hurry for the concert.... no time to try to get another room and or check out and find a decent place .... Got up in the morning. If we’re early just couldn’t wait to get out of there… And the front desk girl was outside smoking… When I asked her if she wanted me to answer the Multiple phone lines ringing.... she just said “I’m on my break”.... REALLY!????? If I cold give this negative 100 stars I most definitely will! And I’m out 138 bucks for one night. Oh... SCALDING HOT WATER.... no lightbulbs... no pen and paper.... no bible? The list goes ON.!!! We finally were told that the play was just bought a couple months ago by another party… Do yourself a favor and shut the place down before giving day… And just get everything up to par!

We should have known from the crowd of shopping carts and makeshift tents near the entrance that this place is bad news. We were not greeted on our arrival and the check-in process was slowed by an employee in training. Several poorly dressed and/or intoxicated guests interrupted the receptionist to socialize. Our luggage cart was faulty and the elevator smelled of urine (or could it have been crack or methamphetamine?). Upstairs, crushed cigarettes littered the burn-scarred hallway carpet and the walls and wood work had holes and missing plaster. Our room smelled exactly like the malodorous elevator. One bed had a broken frame, a neighbor threw lighted fireworks into dry grass below. When we returned to the lobby to request a refund (which was refused) the receptionist told us, "Yeah, I work here, but I would NEVER stay here!" We were disappointed that our online booking agent represents this place. We won't reserve accommodations through them any more.

I check in this hotel very often and ive never had a bad experience. The lady in the lobby is always very nice and respectful. Coffee is always made on time and the maid service is great. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Will definitely be returning.
