You are a short drive away from everywhere. After a couple of "tastings" every day, the white picket fence said kick off your shoes you are home again. Take a snooze and head out for dinner with plenty of choices in town and nearby Yountville.

Seriously overrated and overpriced. We nearly walked out even though we had a $600 prepaid stay. So disappointed. Breakfast was acceptable but you have to be punctual right at 9am, or else. Absolutely filthy carpeting. A room that smelled 150 years old and was so grossly pungent we nearly had to leave. Never had hot water. I'll pay a normal... More

Came for a romantic getaway. Left dissapointed. The beautiful part about this bnb is the charming curb appeal. We were greeted by the smoking innkeeper who just moved to the inn. My husband is highly sensitive to cigarette smoke. We saw the parking lot garage open full of furniture which looked junky along with refrigerators and washers and dryers. Not... More

Fabulous stay! Perfect location for walking to wineries and restaurants. Try it, you will like it! Breakfast was great. Madeline and Vic make it feel like home. Cheese and wine with other guests always makes for fun times.

We chose this Bed and Breakfast because of its excellent recommendations on Trip Advisor. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this Inn to other travelers. Let's start with good things. Great location - walking distance to restaurants, bakery, shops. Breakfast was tasty, Tamra is a sweet lady. We came on Thursday, Victor met us, gave us a quick tour and said... More

We spent three lovely days at the Inn St. Helena. The location is fabulous. You can walk to many restaurants in the charming town. It is well situated to visit the many wineries of Napa. We especially enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour where we were able to meet other guests while enjoying a glass of wine.

Our party of 6 (3 couples) spent 2 nights at the Inn while visiting local wineries. Victor was the Inn keeper while we were there and was not a very warm or welcoming fellow. It was like we were doing him a favor for staying there. My wife & I stayed in Room No. 5 the Bamboo Room with a... More

Nice B&B. Staff were friendly. Quiet. Great location. There was no complimentary wine and appetizers in the evening despite being told this when we arrived. There was parking in the available in the back. In terms of cleanliness- it was ok. Carpets could use a deep clean.

Hi Ashlee, Thanks for your feedback. Tamra, our fill-in innkeeper was there during your check-in. She got the news about her mother being hospitalized around 4 PM that day and had to rush out from inn and therefore was not able to serve wine and appetizers at 5 PM as she originally mentioned to you. We are taking seriously about... More

We showed up to only 1 of the 2 rooms available. We had one reservation with 2 Rooms. I'm sure you can see how that night went. They had the 2 nd room available for Friday night only (staying fri and sat) So what did we do on our Friday night of vacation we spent our time searching for a... More

We are so very sorry about the mix up. Your reservation came through a third party channel HRS which we just started working with them. Somehow, your reservation came through as one room booking in our system due to integration issues with this channel. Double booking is such a rare occurrence at our inn which you unfortunately experienced. We sincerely... More

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at St Helena. Celebrating our 10th Anniversary we were warmly received. Happy Hour with wine, cheese and crackers was a great way to meet the other guests and get tips on where to eat and visit. The bed and linens were luxuriously wonderful. Breakfast was divine and the entire setting serene. We'll... More
