Had the best room #21 second floor. Beautiful Vineyard view. Beautiful room with a small bottle of duck horn Chardonnay and a nicely wrapped bag of cookies. Everything seemed very clean and a wonderful deck to have breakfast. The breakfast they do bring to your room due to COVID but you can get very nice coffee in the clubhouse/ main office. The breakfast itself seemed not very high quality for what we had payed per night, we spent 3 nights there. It seemed very average. Lots of use of plastic that I think they could have used recyclable materials more. Less waste. Fyi get your breakfast order in early the day before for the next day, otherwise you might get a later breakfast delivery than planning on. So truly my only major complaint was the bed. It was very hard and I could not sleep on my side. I didn’t sleep well and a good night sleep means everything! Also heavy duvet on bed it’s almost summer. The toilet paper was not charmin and truly for the room price I was again bothered by that. Also having to ask to pick up my trash daily and clean towels. And it would have been nice to turn down the beds. It was quiet there and again beautiful view from room. But what truly matters would I stay again I am not sure the good nice sleep I did not get did not make me want to go back in future. This was my 6th trip to Napa.

Staying at WCI for 25th anniversary in a vineyard view cottage. Furnishings and accouterments fantastic, quiet setting N of st helena walking distance to Freemark Abbey and Duckhorn. They deliver breakfast each morning and we sit on our patio and watch the sun rise. Highly recommend!!

We upgraded to a Vinyard view for about $200 extra a night and our view was mostly blocked by a tree, very disappointing, should be a partial view for the price. Hotel seemed clean but sinks and toilet had scum around them. Grounds were beautiful but expected a bit more updating for the price. Breakfast came 45 minutes late and we had a reservation at a winery so we basically ate very quickly and ran, seems like a call to say they are running late would be nice at the price per night you pay. Also a microwave in the room would be nice.

Wonderful room, service and breakfast (hot, delivered to room). Very over-priced on weekends, but it is probably the only luxury inn in town, or close proximity. Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. About 2 miles from center of town, but in very nice, scenic, country location.

The Hotel feels like more of a cottage/private rooms that takes you back in time into the California country side. Relaxing views and vineyards feels is what you would wake up to. It is near to most wineries, with one right next door of walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, cozy and a complimentary wine of course at your fridge. Staff are great and always available, Willy at front desk was really helpful and attended to our needs, Kudos to that, keep up the good work. If we come back at Napa would definitely booked this place again!
