Fantastic property with friendly staff! Our room featured a king-sized bed, fireplace, and private deck with great vineyard views. And we were welcomed as returning guests with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and some fresh fruit!

harvest inn never disappoints. they stand out in the st helena area as a boutique hotel with the personal touches that only a seasoned staff could bring. the local car service make enjoying the local wineries a breeze and the on site restaurant is very charming. everything is very fresh and well done.

Beautiful location with charming rooms. Customer service is exceptional from check in to meal service and anything else you need. Marilynn is the greatest concierge, exceedingly knowledgeable of the area and will make sure your needs are met. Alexis is an attentive and personable bartender. Make sure you try the pork belly. It’s delicious! Everyone that works here has a smile and is willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Spent three nights at Harvest Inn in St. Helena. We had a large room for three people with parking nearby. Beautiful vineyard view. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good and drinks at bar were, too. One huge issue was the sofa bed. Nobody should be asked to pay to sleep on it. It was horribly uncomfortable. I would NOT stay there again if a sofa bed is included in the accomodations - beware of that. One other word of caution... if you are choosing a location that is within easy walking distance of restaurants and downtown, beware that there are no sidewalks at this end of Main Street.

We stay at the Harvest Inn every time we are in the Napa area. LOVE it! This time we were there for the Holidays and traveled with our small French Bulldog, Captain. The restaurant and staff go over the top and beyond to assist and I cannot say anything bad about the staff. From the check in person to housekeeping - servers, manager - ALL AMAZING. Besides the staff the Inn is stunning and a perfect home base for a great wine country experience.

Absolutley amazing!!! This is our 3rd time at Harvest Inn and it is amazing everytime!! The views from the rooms are from a movie. The grounds are so well kept and the staff is on top of everything. We will certainly be back to Harvest Inn!!!!!!!

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We booked one of the Fountain villas with wood burning fireplace. Property is absolutely stunning and otherworldly. Check in was seamless. We were able to check in around noon which was a delight. Room was spotless and extremely spacious. Everyone was very friendly especially Hector, the property’s driver. Did not want to leave. Best experience ever!!!!

The grounds are beautiful and set a nice backdrop for a relaxing Wine Country experience. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The restaurant offers a nice variety of selections for breakfast/brunch, dinner (we didn't have lunch there as we were out and about!). Great Bar. The fact that this is a pet friendly Hotel is a huge plus!

First and foremost, the location is gorgeous and picturesque. Unfortunately, the staff seems to know that and have little to no care for customer service and follow-up. We hosted our wedding here and the staff just didn't seem to care that we were spending thousands of dollars to host our special day and our guests at their hotel. I had to follow-up constantly to get answers, the bill was never reviewed with me before it was charged, and no-one checked in with me during my stay, after I requested to speak with my manager due to an issue at check in. If you want to feel valued and cared for, take your money elsewhere.
