No confirmation email when I tried to do it online, so I assumed the reservation didn’t go through. I should have double checked. No reminder or anything so I could sort through any last minute items. Glad they still charged me though for not showing.

Good welcome and nice facilities. The greeter was very kind. You can use the pool and the spa. The room was cleaned and large. The breakfast was plenty of quality food. To resume a Good stay, and a good value for money. Thanks for all

Room was good. Bed comfortable. Location was ideal for us as near airport and down town. Homeless people residing on back side of hotel but other than hearing one shouting episode were not a bother to us. TV remote was hit & miss but otherwise was all good. Would stay again.

Are you kidding me this is probably one of the worst hotels that Ive ever stayed in, and we were charged for the one night that we stayed It was so bad that we had to cut the reservation short and go find another hotel which was like three time more expensive because we were intown for the jr olympics so everything was pricey. The entire hotel was smelly, the room was filthy carpets dirty hotel out dated, we almost slept in our car it was so bad, there were people with bikes in the hall ways, this hotel was dimly lit, located in a not so great area of the city, staff was help ful not there fault but the owners need to tear this hotel down and rebuild breakfast was a continental that was ok we were scared to even eat it because of the sanitary condition of this hotel, I felt that our money should have been given back to us because of the horrible experience

This hotel, while relatively close to Old Sacremento, leaves much to be desired. The hotel is very dated - furnishings, colors, and lighting in the rooms and general areas all need to be updated. The location requires fencing almost all the way around the hotel; many homeless sleeping on/near the sidewalks outside the fence in the back of the property. The desk chair in our room had some brown smudge across the edge of the seat - chose not to touch it! Prompted us to check for bed bugs which, fortunately, we did not find. We chose this hotel since they advertised a shuttle, free airport shuttle, and were listed as a 3 star property at a good rate. Discovered the shuttle only takes people to 4 locations (airport, bus terminal, metro stop, and one other transportation hub) and then was informed that either we took the 6:30 am shuttle to the airport or it wasn't available at all due to a maintenance appointment; no alternate transportation accomodation was offered. Definitely felt like a bait and switch - we would have called it a 2 star hotel and never have booked it. Will not stay there again if back in Sacramento.
