The location is great. A 24 hour Denny's is right across the street and a McDonald's is next door. There are a lot of homeless people roaming around the parameter of the hotel grounds at all hours of the day and night which is somewhat depressing. To get to Denny's (even though it is right across the street), I'd get...

no issues at all with the hotel, although the internet was down, but I survived. The drawback is all the homeless! OMG they are everywhere outside.............made me not want to go across the street to the Denny's but I did, and sure enough I was approached. SO sick of this in California! It's not the hotel's fault though, and their...

What a room size! This is wonderfull after a long journey drive. If you have a car, the location is perfect to visit down town, the Capitole and old Sacramento.Parking is expensiver but ticket is 45 USD so better park in parking and not in parking with meters..The room has amenities and a good confort. Only little problem the pressure of...

This was a short notice stay, but as always, the facility was clean, employees were welcoming and helpful. Location off the freeway makes it a great place to stay. Always a great stay. The hotel is close to family and old town.

Upon checking in, I was told that the hotel's internet was not working. Hmmm -- it's 2016 ... for a business traveler, having internet is more important than having a phone -- or even running water. Buy a spare router, so if one goes out, you can replace it. I'll also point out that there was no offer of a...

This hotel is ideal for quick overnight stays in Sacramento, especially if you are there for business. The only down side is analog television instead of digital HD and spotty area. There are few homeless roaming the area and they congregate at the McDonald's next door.

A clean, reliable place to check in even at midnight. The young lady in front was smiling and helpful with detailed info when checking in. Older hotel but updated and clean. Free breakfast was nice and they thoughtfully provide paper cups to take hot drink on the road.

I really love what I get for the price. The Inn is 5 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, 30 seconds from Interstate 5 and within minutes from Interstate 80 and Business 80. This is really a GEM in a changing community. Police dept. 1/2 block away, Greyhound 1 block away, 3 minutes away from Raley Field (Home of the RiverCats) and...

I had a 1night business stay and the staff was excellent from front desk to housekeeping. The staff is a 5+ The hotel itself has had an update and is very clean and well maintained. Bedding and bathroom linens were as expected for this level of hotel, same with personal amenities. The property is not as contemporary as it's competitors,...

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Bed was ok. Have stayed in other hotels in the area but this is by far the best hotel in that immediate area. Will stay here again next time in Sacramento.
