Where do I start? Housekeeping should be fired. Room was filthy, staff were rude and very unaccommodating. This place is awful. no hot water carpet soaking wet from leaking heater making room smell sour. Comes with nothing as stated on website. Staff no helpful either. No coffee maker. Iron . safe . lamps didn't work. and it said granite counter tops with make up mirrors.... None of these were there.

My husband & I are in the process of moving back to CA from TX. Nothing has gone right. Except our stay at Red Lion on 30th St. The staff is amazing! They have been more than helpful & kind in this extremely stressful situation. The manager Raj has made us feel welcomed & put our minds at ease

Nasty stained carpets. Thin, weak doors. Creepy locals running about all hour. Slow ancient elevator. Furniture from the 80's. Dogs barking in room adjacent. Questioning, untrusting staff.. very stable hotel. FAR FAR from Red Lion standards! AVOID. Spend the $10 more elsewhere.

The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke; however our room did not. The bathroom was very old and outdated; the toilet bowl was stained and the top of the tank was broken. Yashoda was wonderfully pleasant but the hotel room was nasty. It smelled like animal urine and carpet was nasty smelling and sticky yucky to step on.It was gross!The breakfast was disgusting.The eggs were dry and they had no sausages the container was there, but nothing was there on the sausage container. There was a slight issue with my prepaid reservation that almost cost me not getting a room. Yashoda was able to look into it by reaching out to a manager and was able to make it happen. I drove 30 miles here and I'm glad I was able to still get my room booked despite the circumstances.
