A most unpleasant experience. We won't return. I am surprised this hotel is in the Starwood/Vistana collection. Why I say that: 1. The walls are so thin that you literally hear the conversation and tv in neighboring rooms. I had to call the front desk and ask them to tell our neighbors to quiet down. They woke us up. At...

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The walls were so thin that even wearing earplugs I could hear the people next door talking. I put the card on my door to participate in their green program, to not have my room cleaned. They cleaned anyhow and took my pajamas, which I have not been able to get...

Upon walking into the Four Points you can see it's had better days. The furniture is dated, the carpet is dirty and the staff does not seem to care you're there. The interesting part is that at check in they require you to sign a piece of paper that basically states the room may be loud and you can't get...

Not a great experience here so far. When my boyfriend made the reservation online, he specifically requested a king with no issue. We just checked in only to have the desk clerk tell us that they did not have any king beds available. He point-blank stated that they gave all the king beds to direct booking customers. No huge issue...

Stayed one night last week before a flight. It was adequate. Room was clean, and it didn't take long to check in or out. However, we could hear room above us all night, even walking sounded loud. Also, I had paid extra for breakfast, but they were restocking food when I came down in the morning, and it took so...

I am a platinum member of Starwood and Marriott. Obviously I stay in many of their hotels. On this particular night, I booked at the last minute as the corporate aircraft I fly went mechanical. The room rate was 340.00 per night for a basic room with a king bed, nothing special and no upgrade. The usual rates are 130.00-160.00...

This is a case you get what you payoff for. Front desk check in awful!!! the lady needed to call my husband for permission since he made the reservation. I have travelled all over the world come to Sacramento in the middle of no where and they ask me to call my husband to speak to him. They did not...

Ok for convenience to the airport, but the hotel charges for buffet style breakfast (of the caliber, or less, than served for free at your standard Holiday Inn Express) and although they have a dinner menu at the bar, the food was not very good - frozen french fries, etc. I wish I had taken the effort to Uber elsewhere...

I could go on, but I think you get the picture. This place has been ridden hard and put away wet. I usually stay at the Grand Sheraton downtown, which is very nice, but they were sold out. I am seriously thinking of recommitting myself to Hilton. I've never stayed in a Hilton property this run down. Several other reviewers...

The facility is clean and well appointed for the business traveler. Room was clean and tidy. We had noise issues from people next to us; but, that is not the fault of the hotel. They moved us to another room and floor. Just a short drive from the airport and across the freeway from restaurant chains (Denny's, IHop, Sizzler, etc.)...
