Beautiful hotel with fantastic service. Samir assisted with our Elite check-in and went above and beyond! He personally created a memorable stay and made a point to go out of his way to ensure we were having a wonderful time for our birthday celebration. We are so thankful for the Ladies and Gentlemen who assisted us during our time at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel. We will absolutely be back!

Had a business stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went up to my room there was a sewer smell to it. More Unfortunately, there were no more rooms available. Thankfully Samir at the front desk was extremely kind and has a way of delivering bad news that is very easing. He compensated and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Samir was the highlight of my stay and I hope his employers know how valuable of an employee he is as you don't see that type of customer service often.

I travel a ton around the country and my check -in experience with Samir was outstanding. Samir went out of his way to make sure I was all set and felt appreciated. Even though my preferred room was not ready the room was fine.

The room is very comfortable, I was set up exactly to meet my needs. Somehow , I read my mind that I wanted a quiet room, and I was given one without even saying anything. I felt understood as a client. Samir took great care of me, was patient with me, and explained how I can become a member. Happy I came to this hotel!

The hotel is very nice. I appreciated Samir Malik, who checked us in. He was very helpful and friendly, letting us know about hotel events and offers. He opened his station when he saw there was a line, so he got us through check-in much quicker. The room was lovely! The on-site restaurant is nice, food is good, and they offer pick-up service so guests can take their meal to their rooms if they prefer.

I wish we had more hotel options because we have a lot of conferences to attend in the area and this hotel never fails to disappoint. I always have issues at check in and check out. The staff never seems to know what is going on. My employees always complaining of service while there as well.

Fantastic stay overall. Samir Malik greeted me in the most respectful manner. He provided complementary water bottles, snacks, and assured that I was taken care of when he saw me. He is one of the best workers I encountered.

I arrived for a conference and the hotel was backed up on cleaning rooms. The staff, especially Grant and Samir, were very accommodating and empathetic to the situation. They were able to work with their team quickly to find a room and get me in prior to my evening meetings. Very appreciative for their service. Hotel is great downtown and club level and fitness room are great!

I've been staying at the Sheraton Grand for years and came to look forward to my monthly business trips because of the reliability of the accommodations and food. Sadly, that is no longer the case. Without notice, the breakfast restaurant is closed. There's a "buffet" of two chafing dishes set up on the bar or a QR code you can use to order breakfast for pick up from the 2nd floor dead space that used to house the original restaurant. The first day, the QR code allowed me to order food but had glitches. Try ordering an omelet with only one ingredient. The system wouldn't allow anything other than "egg" from the long list of choices. The chef had to make my meal when I arrived for pickup since my order was unclear. The second day the QR code wouldn't work, so I had to call the front desk and they placed my order. The third day the QR code wouldn't work. I called the front desk and was told the "restaurant" was closed. With a long day of meetings ahead the last thing I needed was to search for a place where I could get a healthy (non fast food) breakfast. The coffee stand at the bar was no better. I ordered a dopio. The barista asked what size cup I wanted it in and then charged me $2 more for a coffee based on the size of the cup, even though only 2 shots of espresso were going in it. The explanation? There was no dopio key on the register. The next day I ordered my dopio in a smaller cup so I would only be overcharged $1.50. I'm in Sacramento regularly and had come to rely on the Sacramento Grand. Based on my experience last week, there seems to be nothing grand left at this Sheraton. I will need to look elsewhere for my monthly accommodations.
