We stayed here a couple of weeks while visiting family. It's a small, older park with trees. The spaces are wide, with fence on 3 sides. Pool, restrooms, laundry are clean and maintained. Several long term residents, but their sites are kept neat and orderly. Manager Bruce is friendly and helpful, and they are busy making even more improvements. Wifi... More

My family and I were in transition and so needed to live on our 36ft, quad slide 5th wheel. Sacramento Shade is the nicest long term RV park in the Sacramento area, in my opinion, so I was pleased when Bruce told us to look at site 10, that it would be available when we were ready to move in... Needed an RV parking area for two days near Sacramento, CA. Timing was over Memorial day weekend and many RV parking was full. Temperatures were in the high 90,s. No pull thru, had to back in. Nice concrete pads for front porch area. Near a freeway and a little noisy but did not bother us. Nice friendly staff but office... More

Boy did I write this review too early. We live there for approximately six months. Moved in the summertime. The ground was dry they had lawn and fences for privacy which is hard to pull in and out. When we left and had been raining for over 10 days so we wanted to try to pull out. We couldn't pull... More

Our business has nothing to do with the surrounding area , Sacramento Shade RV park is a crime/drug free property and to rewrite a review after you damaged park property substantially and were partially charged for this damage as any business would do, in addition you left owing an electrical bill which is why we have deposits and the remaining... We lived at Sacramento shade RV for over seven months. We never had any problems with crime or busy bodies or anything else that I've read on these reviews. Yes, the manager can be strict at times but a lot of people try to get away with things that were against the rules. He was always fair and honest with... More

We moved here from another state, thought this would be a cute temporary place to land before getting a home. Found the Manager and Friends to be very- rude, petty, confrontational ,aggressive, not just to us but to the children as well. One of my Grandchildren were confronted about( sidewalk chalk )but only once his Mother and Grandmother were busy... More

This RV park proves that a business is only as good as the person in the front office. We've rv'd from Alaska to Texas and have not, thankfully, received anything near the ignorance and incompetence we encountered here. My hubby booked ahead over the phone for three nights in this park. We got an email immediately to say the money... More

We are sorry you feel the way you about our park. The issues that were left out in your review should be noted most importantly you took a space that belonged to a Tenant that was gone for a few days and when asked politely to move from their space the response was no. In addition you arrived after hours... More

The sites have very shallow depths making the larger rv stick out into the road slightly. There is a little more width giving space for a sitting area. The road getting in and out of the park is very narrow. There is no on site parking you must park in the street. When an rv pulls in or out and... More

The site we ordered online was much smaller than stated online, the roads are too narrow to drive on let alone park a trailer from. The area was dirty, there was not a single tree near our site, the bathrooms were tiny and dirty and I am sure there were drug deals going on in the park while we were... More

At first we were not sure of the place when we first arrived. It is not a big park and Most are permanent residences. We didn't think our 40ft RV would fit. But the space they had for us worked well. Linda was very helpful. We had our very own peach tree which I took some for the road. We... More
