My husband and I travel quite a bit and are extremely picky. This special resort is probably the best we have ever experienced. The service is top notch and personal. The location is private, gorgeous and luxurious. This experience is not cheap but we found worth every penny. The room is exquisite. Every need is anticipated and included….no nickel and dime stuff. The food and proximity to Yountville and St. Helenas makes it even more appealing. The only negative may be for some that there are quite a few stairs to traverse the property so may be difficult for those with mobility issues.
My husband and I had 4 amazing nights at Auberge during our California road trip. We arrived way before check in time but our room was ready and we had been upgraded one room category to a deluxe Valley View Suite. The staff were what made the hotel. Particular call out to Sharon the front office manager who was just outstanding but everyone we connected with was a credit to the hotel. The gym is also great - we particularly liked the outdoor area. We will be back
Beautiful on every level. Wonderful people doing work they seem proud to do. Auberge du Soleil has been the model for how it should be done for a long time and it shows. Long may she wave! Vive la différence! Merci!
This place is the spot. Here r the reasons why: 1- it’s not in the downtown. It’s secluded in the forest. The pool overlooks the valley. U feel like ur in Florence or the south of France. It’s across from the Quintessa winery and very close to st Helena and yountville. 2- the service is excellent. The breakfast , which was included for us, was amazing. Great options. We had an issue w the room. The front desk asked how things were as we were checking out. When we mentioned an issue which was not completely resolved-the front desk credited us money wo us even needing to ask for anything. Which is how a top shelf location should handle these things. Was very impressed. 3- pool is excellent. Has hot tub. 4- they have Mercedes’ cars for guests to use. We had rented a car but still nice to know. 5- gym was great. Had cables, free weights, barbell, treadmills,… everything u would want. 6- they have a sculpture garden which is also a jogging/hiking trail. 7- shower and tub. Loved it here!!…
I decided that I wanted to do something special for my 50th birthday so my wife and I spent the weekend at Auberge du Soleil. This South of France inspired resort has excellent accommodations, wonderful spa services, delicious dining and a gorgeous pool with views of Napa valley that are unsurpassed. The service here is friendly, professional, and impeccable. Carol, the sales manager, made sure that we were pleased with our accommodations and experience and Monica the concierge went above and beyond curating our wish list of activities so we could fit them all in (as part of their service they will make your reservations and schedule your trip). If you want to treat yourself and the ones you love - this is the place to do it.
We wish we could have enjoyed more of the resort but savored every moment of our short stay at the Auberge de Soleil. We've never had a better nights sleep at a hotel! Every detail is accounted for and makes the stay worth it!
Amazing from the minute you arrive until you depart. The absolute highest quality resort. Safe and very private location. A gem. Great location in the heart of NAPA and central to all prime locations. You must experience the restaurant, especially the complimentary breakfast.
Auberge du Soleil nestled in Napa Valley is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food appetizing and delicious, the room well appointed with beautiful furnishings.
We celebrated our 42nd anniversary at this resort. All services far exceeded our expectations. Of special note is the Michelin starred restaurant with an outstanding menu, fabulous desserts and excellent wine selections. The view is magnificent making it an ideal location for a romantic evening.
My husband and I stayed for two nights at the end of May for two nights. Our room, which had a wonderful view of the valley was absolutely fabulous, super comfortable with every possible amenity and a complementary mini bar. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and this was one of the nicest stays we had while in the US (trip along the West Coast). I would highly recommend a visit to Auberge du Soleil, a great location with the town of Yountville nearby with some super restaurants and of course all the wineries of Napa Valley. .
