My family and I have come here for many Christmas. It is our little family tradition. The owners are very VERY sweet and interact with us as if we were family. Cute little cabins on a winter morning makes everything so special. I couldn't imagine not being here in the winter on christmas morning.

So I walk into the office/home and feel uncomortable right away, thinking I just walked into someones home and dogs are jumping all over me. I am not one for strange dogs climbing all over me since I am allergic to dogs. The owners should put up a big sign to knock first or lock the door. The lady did tell... More

This great little place, with about 8 cabins, makes staying in Running Springs a pleasure. Clean, afforadable and easy to reach. Makes one feel they are at home, kitchenette, TV, small shower which is common in the mountains, very good heaters...... Another plus there.

I noticed that the lady on the phone was being very short and a tad... More

If the crowds and expense of Big Bear or Arrowhead have dissuaded you from heading to the mountains, fret no more. In Running Springs, you can park yourself at the Rainbow View Lodge, a mere 20 minutes away from either destination. Rooms are clean and affordable, and are within walking distance from the center of town. We celebrated a friend's... More
