My stay at Redondo Pier Inn was satisfactory. Room was clean, continental breakfast is offered, close enough to the Redondo Pier entrance to walk. Free wifi is offered. The guy who I talked with at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and had good customer support.

My husband and I stopped here before dinner for some jazz and drinks. Very cosy and friendly bar on the pier. Redondo pier is so much more appealing than Santa Monica. Would come to this little gem any day

Stayed a couple of nights here attracted by the low price compared to other hotels in the area. It was perfectly adequate as a comfortable and clean place to stay convenient to the harbor area. It's a renovated motel and they did a pretty good job to make it look modern and attractive on the insides. The only faults I could find were some peeling paint at the bottom of the bathroom door, the USB charging outlets by the bed didn't work (the one on the opposite wall by the TV did though), the batteries in the remote stopped working so I had pull them out and clean off some corrosion to make it work again, the shower water pressure was low but it was hot immediately - both factors of where your room is I'm sure, and finally there was more Kleenex in my room. All small things really. WiFi was strong and plenty fast. TV worked and had a decent selection of channels. Everything seemed clean (see photos). Bed was comfortable. The motel is U-shaped with sides parallel to PCH Hwy 1 which during the day can be reasonably busy. So if you're on the road side on facing it on the back you will hear car noise. I always travel and sleep with ear plugs so no complaints from me - there's always noise in hotels from somewhere so learn to stop worrying and sleep with ear plugs. There's a Starbucks and then a very good coffee roasters and cafe 5 minutes walk north on PCH. You can be at the harbor restaurants and drinking holes in 10+ minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again especially if I can find the $80-ish rate on Hotel Now again.

Very impressed with this hotel. Amazingly cheap for the area. 5 minutes from the beach. Great, friendly service. If you want a getaway or are working in the area this is a great choice. The rooms are clean and have an excellent TV and an optional balcony. If you want a refreshing dip in the Pacific its merely minutes away from the hotel. Great choice for budget conscious beach lovers in the LA area.

The motel is clean with comfy beds. Breakfast is horrible served in the tiny lobby. The best thing is the location. For the quality what they offering it is over price! Free parking. A few restaurants in the area, some in walking distance.
